Has anyone even tried to file a dispute even tho it's past 45 days ?
I would think no product received is a bit different than changing your mind about something...different circumstances...

I have personally tried to dispute with both PP and my CC. PP said its over 45 days and they wont do anything. CC said it was over 60 days and its over the limit for them to do anything.

Both PP and CC said to contact the merchant and ask for a refund. Which of course a number of us have already been trying to do.

Not all people live in the US so filing in small courts isn't that easy.

ok to add my anger to the pool i ordered mine september 29th now 12/30 i have sent 20 emails and no replies only the last was strongly worded asking if i could get any kind of info to show he didnt steal from me and still no response i am not a fan of the "in crowd" as it is now i am furious on their word "hes a good guy buy one" now silence so not only am i going to get my money back but i am also done with vape team period i could care less if his page here is taken away or hes off te vape team we all work too hard to be swindled and hung out to dry ill keep it civil for now but i am not one to part with 258$ and let it slide

I'm not going to go into any details here. But Jason has just responded to my dispute that I have open on PayPal. If you would like to know the context of that, PM me. And only PM me if you are invested in this situation, not because you want gossip. :)

So this does mean that he is reading emails, but fails to reply to us if he can reply to a PP dispute.
