There is an attorney who I have had some dealings with in the past, and he said that this would be like any other small claims civil case, or we could all join together in a lawsuit. Overall I got the feeling that he wasn't sure that what we are doing anyway is legal, or something, and that's why I was thinking about a vaping attorney, somebody who understands us, and is familiar with the community.
I know there has to be someone who is an attorney and a vaper out there somewhere.

Did anybody else get a refund over the 60 day period other than me?
If not, has anybody else filed a formal dispute with their CC's? All i did was fill out a form, sent it to the dispute department, and waited for a little over 1 month.

This issue is dead here I am afraid. The guy got away with our money. Guys I know my limits from here to do anything but is there no mean to punish him in the US, either?
I know if it had happened in my country he would have had a very hard time for a while going from court to court - probably sell what he has to pay us back...

I am a vaping attorney, former Assistant D.A., just opened my own law firm in Scranton, PA. Unfortunately, I am not licensed in Tennessee so I am unable to advise on your case. But what we are doing is perfectly legal, and should be treated as such. Small claims civil case might be the answer...or not. What complicates the issue is whether goods were sold across state lines, jurisdiction and such. But I can tell you this, sometimes a nice letter from a lawyer telling the other party that a lawsuit will be filed works wonders, and voila, suddenly that person will begin to attempt to make things right. Also, if mail was involved, might want to notify the U.S. Postal Service, they take mail fraud very seriously.
If you look at my history on this site, you will see that I was scammed twice, and was able to recover not only my mods but many other members mods the second time. Scammer was hopefate, he came clean and made things right with every member he scammed. So I'm 1 for 2, lol...

Did anyone ever report him to the host of his website? At least then you could get his site shut down, maybe. A little justification there.
I cannot believe this man got away with this much money, and this many mods and nothing has been done.

I can't believe I just read all 114 pages, including 60 pages of youtube links and stupid meme images.
At any rate, I feel bad for you guys, this whole thing has gone on for way too long and needs to be resolved.

You are not right, Vaptor. I paid tons of modders in advance and never ever had any trouble before. Got great customer service, repair, replacement whatever was needed (if any).
He is a just a cheap peculator. All I can wish him is to spend my money in the Pharmacy!
