My status in the website just changed to refunded. Hope you guys are having some luck with your refunds.
Any form of communication telling you that you're getting a refund, or just that info on his "site"?
CC company said it's a temp refund (that was at the end of Feb). After following up with the dispute department for a month. I called every week.
Yesterday, PP sent an email to me and Jason in regards to the chargeback. I rechecked his site, and the order changed to refunded status. Its currently an open dispute on PP, and from what I remember he has 7 days to reply. I can only say it's final after PP closes the dispute.

That's awesome wkbryson! I'm glad to see some folks getting refunds after all this time. Better late than never. 
any updates or news? Jason is the winner I think.took our money a nothing happens with him? it's a crime so what are the next steps?Can't believe that nothing happening to him. don't know the US judgement but come on people I can't believe he took our money and now? nothing??????
Do we have any vaping attornies? I'm thinking a class action law suit is the way to go.

Just a thought, even if you paid with PayPal it was likely originated from a credit card.

That's a great article. Very similar to what I did to get my refund from my CC. I also provided screenshots of my order page, and emails with the scammer.... It took around 30days to get any feedback while CC was investigating, but result so far is good.
I find myself still checking this thread everyday even though my situation came to a conclusion quite some time ago. It fills me with a sense of unwanted negativity when I check it. So I'm going to step away from this thread and wish you guys/gals the absolute best. I sincerely hope ya'll get some sort of compensation out of this whole debacle. Catch ya on the flip side!

Yea, I agree. every time I see this thread bumped I have been checking it out to see good has come out of this. Only to feel sick.

Ordinarily I would agree, but the sad fact is there are still a segment of this community who still think that this guy never meant to do any harm, every bump this thread recieves its a sign to everyone, still no resolution, still no communication. And the mouths of those who refuse to admit the truth are shut.
Just saying, at some point, this guy will be back, and he will apologize profusely for what he did, and there will be so many willing to accept this low life piece of human excrement back.
