    Yep, I was LMBO!! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
He said the guy who bags the groc. (which is usually the mgr.) didn't seem pleased that he'd bought so many, but if they didn't have a limit, not sure why he'd care...I mean, the sale is to SELL them, right??
If there was a limit, he should've said something. :2c:
I don't have their sale ad, not sure if it's online....going to go look.
Yep! They usually do have a limit but if it's not posted :p

I should probably eat soon  Not terribly hungry yet but don't want to eat supper at 8 in the evening

You haven't eaten?? Course, if you want to get used to eating later, might be best if you adhere mostly to it on the weekends too.
I'm pretty consistent, I eat by 6:15 a.m. (normally), later the days I'm off, then lunch between 11 & 11:30, dinner by 6:30, sometimes a little earlier. I sometimes snack after lunch.
Nothing after dinner. Just never have, and I generally don't even crave or want anything at night.

I had a yogurt after my nap today. I'm not a bit hungry. :(

Nope! Trying to adjust to those long days when I get home and to it :) Then of course I had an unusually large lunch ;)

Evening snacking varies for me, sometimes nothing (mostly), other times I'll have cake or ice cream ... whatever is here.

Heading off to have supper so thought I'd serve your dessert early ;)

    In your nightmares
Sounds like a great dinner too!
We're having Cherry Brats, mac and cheese, and ? something green, not sure what yet.

Don't you work in Wisconsin? Was thinking you did.
DH likes some kind of beer that you can only get in Wi.
A couple equip distributors that we sell their equipment are in Wi. Someone from work usually goes once or twice an year, and DH has them get some. Plus, one of his customers up N likes it too, and goes a couple times a years and brings some back.

    I know, I usually don't nap THAT long. :(

DH ran to the store for me...I had tuna on the list, it was on sale for 99 cents.

Had some fun excitement at work yesterday. Seems this big snake was up in the eaves of the shop outside eating baby birds.
He came down and was hiding under a pallet.
Course one of the other mechanics was at the ready with a shovel. :grr: :nah:
I got out there and the mechanic holding it followed me out the door.
I told them don't you dare kill that snake unless it's venomous! We won that battle. :D
When they lifted the pallet, the mechanic in the picture reached down in a flash, and grabbed it right behind the head. Really impressive cuz the snake was already boogieing, and was really quick!
I cropped this since I didn't get permission from the guy to put his picture online, but he has a big grin on his face. Lol's.

You guys that make your own meatballs ... what do you put into them? :?:

1lb gr beef, 1lb gr turkey, 2 eggs, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs if we have them. If we have plain breadcrumbs, parsley, oregano, basil. Finely diced onion and grated parm cheese (not the green can ;)) I bake them in the oven, flipping halfway. Yum!

    Technically a Black Rat Snake.
Black Rat Snake Information & Facts

Note the pic in the link, they get pretty big. They're completely harmless, you don't want to get bitten, it would most likely hurt, and they carry a lot of bacteria in their mouth, infections from a bite I just read are common.
But another article said that if you can overcome your fear of them, they eat ENORMOUS amounts of mice and rats.

Well then I'd say you got an awesome deal if all the tuna is gone.

Of course, I shoulda guessed Black snake. :D Bwahahaha

::knocks on wood:: never seen a snake here. Don't doubt they're out there though.
The map showed the possibility of them in your area, but you're on the edge.
I generally won't pick up a wild snake. I'll handle someones pet snake.
I did touch that one yesterday though.
I'm very respectful, I don't want to get bitten. PLUS, I'm fairly certain that I know what the venomous ones in our area look like, but I still don't take any chances, cuz I'm definitely not an expert at snake identification.
You can usually chase one out of the yard or area with a broom or stick. Just stay back and keep them moving.
If it becomes aggressive, just back off and let it be....that's how I deal with a snake.
If it's one like that one, I don't even bother running it off.
When we first moved here there was one like it under our concrete steps. It was shedding.
Any snake will be more aggressive if they're shedding because they get a film or something that makes their eyes look milky and they can't see well, so they're more vulnerable then. Best to definitely leave them be if they're shedding. :)
