Veggie lasagna (spinach, mushrooms and zucchini), salad and homemade garlic bread. I got to try out my new mandolin for the zucchini noodles, it was awe-some.

I thought that was some sort of slicer ... not a noodle maker

Please be careful with that thing,they also do a fine job of making skin noodles if you don't wear a cut proof glove

It has a guard thing you hold on to the vegetable with. Do I need something more than that? I was nervous about washing it, but I extremely careful.

Just be extra careful with it
