We haven’t had to mow in forever, it seems. But I have heard to keep it higher than normal when there is no rain as to not traumatize your lawn. Hello OBG whatcha grillin’? Always love seeing that pic. We had grilled chicken and veggies for dinner.

Lori, hate that work is draining you so, but totally understandable. Wise woman you are. Eventually it will pass. Hope that you are giving your mind/body some much deserved free/down time.

Good afternoon lovely lurkers.

OMG, it has been the week from hell at my house...so dang much drama...and even was a bystander in my own version of Cops! All because of my oldest son and his, yes I'm going to say it, good for nothing, piece of you know what wife. ...Yes, there is no love lost there with her...some of you know the history with her (she's Princess Angel's mother). Well, she's been up to her tricks and causing all kinds of trouble...why my son decided to get back with her none of us understands, but he's an adult and if he wants to be stupid, well can't do anything about that.

But she decided to create a huge mess to take the focus off of her for things, and in the process she has now gotten the cops and most likely child services involved. All for lies that she told to get out of getting a couple of tickets. And then she got in a physical fight with my son's stepmom out in my driveway, and that's when the cops got called to my house. I am so over all this stupid drama, and I told my son he better get his wife and her mouth under control and he better fix the situation with his father and stepmom. And that I wouldn't be there to bail them out if they caused any more trouble.

Not sure even Calgon can take me away from all that!

Anyway, hope everyone else is having a good weekend and doing well.

Yep...I had to come over to the BF's just to get away from all the drama...it's bad when you'd rather stay at work and not go home because you know they'll be there and you just don't want to deal with them. I've given them a 2 week deadline to find a place and get the heck out of my house...and it better be safe for the princess or I've told them they'll have to go without her....but either way they will be leaving at the end of that 2 weeks!!!

Oh wow Angel I’m sorry that you and Princess are having to be a part of that. I hope things get resolved soon. Maybe the ultimatum will speed the process along.

Peteza sounds great Joey. Burgers and leftover grilled veggies here. Family coming tomorrow for dinner of spaghetti and meatballs. It’s supposed to rain all day or we’d do some more grilling.
