In your nightmares
Good afternoon Joey
It never ends does it?
We’re having a bit of a financial drain too but ours are hearing aids and two cars needing work.

I’m starving and DH just left to take the grand girls home so still have to wait.
Hiya Dale

Cars and hearing aids are necessary things, I feel your pain

Good evening lurkers

Hoping your DH brings you dinner, Dale.

That’s great news about the warranty, Joey. Hopefully the ac goes as smoothly.

I grabbed a pizza on the way home. Dh is under the weather. Tested negative for covid so hopefully just a nasty bug.
Hiya Sara
Petezaaaaaahhhh :drool::drool::drool:

Hope dh feels better :thumb:

Good morning lurkers

Know what is better than pizza for dinner? A leftover slice for lunch

Your dinner sounds really good Dale :thumb:

He seems to be on the way up, since he was out of bed when I got home from work. But oh wow!! The snoring from the congestion. I was about to go sleep on the couch.

Happy Wednesday!! Have a great day!

Good evening lurkers

lol!! I bet, Dale. These times call for separate sleeping quarters.

He can fall asleep as his head is hitting the pillow. I, on the other hand, do not fall asleep easily. He can drink coffee right before bed. I can’t have any caffeine after 2pm and it seems to take me forever to get comfortable.

    Hi Sara
Must be a guy thing, DH is the same way. He doesn’t even have to lay down o_O I get settled easily but without sleeping pills it takes me hours to fall asleep.
Had a 15 minute nap this afternoon, haven’t felt right today. There’s a possibility of a storm later this week but I would have thought it too early to affect my body

    Happy Friday Eve

Soccer game tonight. Excited that it will be in our neck of the woods which means we will get home earlier. Less excited that we are playing our former soccer club.
    Hi Sara
Yes not having to travel would be a bonus :thumb: That’s too bad but I hope Kiddo wins :D

Just finished supper. Spare ribs, mashed potatoes with gravy and green beans.

Hey everyone. I imagine y'all know I have been rather busy. I cannot seem to catch up on the sleep I lost in the hospital. I have had to give dad an antibiotic every six hours and thank goodness the last one was last night. He cannot help getting up so many times but it takes me so long to go to sleep that by the time I get almost there, he is needing me.

His back is really bothering me. I will be glad when Tuesday gets here because he has an appointment with his primary doctor.

His back might be in bad shape but he had me get him on the mower today and he mowed half the yard. He would not let me use his mower or borrow my aunts so I push mowed for 8 miles today. I would have finished the yard after the sun went down some but it was nice seeing him want to do something and I really think it may have helped him mentally.

Yesterday morning he was convinced it was 10 o'clock at night when it was morning. I showed him his clock that displays morning and evening. I opened the drapes to show him the sun and he still could not understand. He started getting angry and telling me I was too stupid to understand. I was almost in tears. Not because he was upset with me but because he was so confused. It is so scary. Later on, he was fine.

I cannot believe it is July 1st and the year is half over. Oh my gosh, it is going to be Christmas before I know it. No wonder I am getting old. Time is going by too fast.

I will check back in as things slow down. You know I have been busy when I'm still reading the book I started before dad went to the hospital a week ago. Sheesh!

Hope everyone has a great weekend.
