Thank goodness, Dale. I'd like to say I'm looking forward to the weekend.....BUT.....if we could just skip losing an hour that would be great. Don't get me wrong, love it when it stays lighter longer but I'm tired of the changing of the clocks. Takes me weeks to recover

Hope you had a good day!!

‘Ugh is that this weekend ? I’m not a fan of time changes either, actually I think it’s rather silly. We have to change all our clocks and the only difference is what the clock says

I guess my day was okay. Oh hey I finally ordered a walking pad, kind of a mini treadmill. It was very displeasing when I had to weigh at the doctors office  I know I won’t walk outside but hoping I’ll make good use of the treadmill indoors where I can read while walking.

Good evening Dale and Fran

Yes, the time change is silly and outdated. I had no idea either until I heard it on the news and was like  totally caught me off guard.

Our treadmill is a walkpad style one too. Only goes up to 6 or 7 mph, I think. I have never gone past 2.7. lol I don't like walking outside either. Hope you have good luck with it.

We had leftovers for dinner. Still not feeling the greatest and it has been a long week. Hope you all had a lovely day! I'm gonna tuck in early.

Hi Sara  I’m sorry to hear that you’re not feeling well :( Hope you rest and recover this weekend.

Good to know someone that has one, I wasn’t sure if it was the best choice but we simply don’t have anywhere to put a regular treadmill. I’ll be starting off as slow as possible probably

    Have a peaceful night

    Good morning :)

Definitely start slow until you get comfortable with it. Any movement is better than none.

Hope everyone has a great day!
Good morning Sara  What in the world were you doing awake at 4 a.m.!?
I went to bed at 8:30 and just got up a few minutes ago.

Planning to go see dad today.
