Moving more and staying in a deficit will make weight loss happen. Slow and steady wins the race.

We missed out on grocery shopping yesterday with the way soccer practice was scheduled. I do not like going later in the morning because it gets so darn busy. I prefer to get in and out. So we planned on this morning. Went to take kiddo to his grandparents to discover my car has a flat tire. I am a total nail magnet

We took dh's car and then hit the stores on the way back. Now he's at walmart with it (step dad had a portable tire pump he let us borrow, definitely putting that on my wish list for Santa
