Good morning everyone. A whopping 9 degrees here. Hope you all have a Fabulous Friday.

Our south towns got hit pretty bad with snow yesterday. Some area schools had kids stuck and they didn't get home til 3am. Thank goodness I'm north of that.

Thanks Lori, I'm with you. I would be ok driving in it if I didn't have to worry about the other drivers. I would say my anxiety definitely has increased with age.

Hiya, OBG, Dale and a Retired. :)

Good morning, OBG, Dale, Sara and the rest of the lurkers! It's Friday! But I have a busy day coming tomorrow. Well, a cold front came through. It's 36º now and not warming up much today at all. We have a freeze coming tomorrow and Sunday morning, then rebounding back to nearly 80 next week.

    Good morning Paul
Isn't it crazy the way the temperatures are jumping around? Our high today is around 27.

It's been that way this winter. Up and down like crazy. Looks like we'll be leaving water dripping the next 2 nights so our pipes don't freeze.

We were very fortunate that the previous owners of our home had the pipes heat wrapped:)
It will be extremely cold this weekend.

Wow! We are supposed to be in the high 30s low 40s next week.

Up north I would expect that. Down here in Texas, it's bound to do anything from Arctic fronts to tropical, so we can have 60º temperature swings from one day to the next, almost. We just have to pay attention to the weather reports so we know how to dress that day :).

    Good morning, Lori!

Imma gonna go buy a tanker full of gasoline and head into the Hill Country to burn every single cedar tree.
Please do! It is beyond me why people around here purposely plant cedar trees when so many are allergic to the pollen. My dad is one of them. Planted rows of those things for windbreaks.

My cedar allergy is something that's cropped up in my later years. 40 years ago, I wasn't allergic to anything other than settling down.
