Maybe it's a Coffee Porter?They have a REALLY dark, pretty much black beer there that they brew.
It almost tastes like coffee. I love it. We always get a sampler thingie for the table, I get that one.

I was looking at the descriptions, and I was thinking it was the Porter, but wasn't sure.
If you get up that way, it's definitely worth stopping there. That's not horribly far from you!

WALLDORFF PORTER - 5.75% ABV, 35 IBU
Nice clean porter with a hint of chocolate flavor and a nice hoppy finish, compliments of locally grown hops from Hop Head Farms.
BATCH 900 - 5.2% ABV, 40 IBU
An espresso stout made with State Grounds Coffee House espresso beans, flaked oats and PB Toast specialty malt. This brew has a rich coffee flavor and mild malt tones.
STATE STREET STOUT
This nitro charged stout is black as night with a creamy dense head. Brewed with malted barley, black and roasted malts for a complex and rich toasty flavor. A generous addition of hops gives balance with the sweet roasted malt notes.
IBU: 40 ABV: 5.2%

Howdy lurkers haven't stopped by in a while but been busy. Had to go to a wake for a friend from HS tonight which was very sobering and sad. He died alone and wasn't found for days. So hard on the remaining family and his close friends. Paid my respects to a box and it sucks.
