Yeah, THAT color is retired. I don't have any, and won't. It's way too pricey for me, I'm sure it's well worth it, quality wise, just priced out of my comfort zone.
...it's REALLY gorgeous in real life...I saw it in either Sur La Table, or Williams Sonoma, can't remember which.

So we tried the sweet potato glass noodles for dinner. We had "spaghetti" and meatballs. They weren't too bad, though a little mushy. They held their form, but reminded me of slightly over cooked pasta. At 90 calories and no sodium a serving, they will definitely be purchased again. Bonus, they take 6 minutes to cook.

The rest of the day went pretty well...still quiet which allowed me to get to a few things I haven't had time for.

Looks like Taco Bell for dinner tonight...and those pies are the perfect way to finish it off...yum!

Did you notice that roaster I posted has notches for a thermometer,you don't have to open it and look while it's cooking

If you try it on an electric range make sure you start on the lowest setting and go from there it takes more time for cast to cool back down if it gets too hot

Ugh, I'd love the look of that, but I know "me", I'll hand grind a few times, and that will be the end of that.
I would like some sort of manual back up though.
