Sure wish Paul could catch a break from the awful heat

I'm tired and don't have much to say

Yup you should be all healed up and ready,like Robin said keep moving but slowly it will help break up any discoloration around the wound if you ended up with it

I've been up and moving (more than sitting) all day.
Getting ready to go lay down and chill out for a little bit.

Yes, around my belly button is bruised, not horrible, but it is. He said that the belly button would be the most painful of the three sites, and I told him it IS.

So did most if not all of us but you skipped right over all of that stuff

I do what I can.

I think Rita is happier at the sitter's than here at home. Rita is on the right, Gretchen is on the left.
They're both chewing on dog bones.
She sent a short video but I would need to post a you tube and don't feel like messing with it, but it's cute.
Gretchen is 17. Doxie mix.

I'm officially off for the next 3 days...woohoo! ...Oh wait, my brother will be coming by in a little bit...oh well, that's enough time to get a quick drink in first so I can handle him.

Aw Lori, looks like Rita is having a good time with her friend...but I bet she'll be real happy to see you when she comes back.

It's been hot as heck here too...heat indexes in the 100s about every day...but it's about to storm out there right now, so it's cooling off a bit for now.

Lori, glad to hear you're up and around. Love the pic of Rita and Gretchen. So sweet sitting back to back. I agree, that belly button incision was the worst, had to use the rubber band trick on my pants for awhile after returning to work because it would rub.

Dale, I hope your Friday goes quickly. That's alotta cube steaks. Thanks for the yummy desserts, I'm gonna sneak one #2 on my way out.
