He's getting a more than fair price on the place so I'm happy for him I guess,he's 22 now so it's a good starter house for him I just hope he flips the place soon and buys one with a basement I don't do crawl spaces

After I finish the dishes and shower I get to go help my son level the kitchen floor in the old house he's buying from his grandfather,last night all the molding old flooring was torn out what a mess

Looks like snow in our forecast, and I saw a windchill forecast of -24....
...the upside is that the forecast high for next Saturday is 52.
Dryer is about to stop, then to the tub.

**sigh** We've been upgraded from a Winter Storm Watch to a Warning. Looks like we're gonna get some ice starting tonight. Guess I better hit the grocery store for a few things today, just in case.
