I live Machesney Park about 10 miles from rockford. Nothing happened here.

That’s good to hear. Hope it doesn’t get any closer to you. They’ve amped up police presence here (Buffalo and surrounding suburbs) apparently they have intel that the non peaceful protesters are looking to continue making trouble.

Since it’s going to be cooler today, I’ve got my pizza dough proofing. We’re gonna try that pizza again. Ahem...Detroit style..erm Sicilian I decided to try King Arthur Flour’s recipe for the dough (takes like 4 1/2 hrs to proof between kneading and resting) looks so much better than the previous recipe already. I’m excited and hungry. Haha.

Thanks. Fingers crossed it’s even better this time around. I will take a pic. It’s on its final rest for about 45 min. I was at least able to get it spread to all four corners of the pan this time. Woot!!

Good morning Joey and lurkers

Ugg that’s horrible, Joey. Hope the damage isn’t too bad. Buffalo set a curfew last night and forced the much smaller crowd than the night before out when it began. Pretty quiet. Niagara Falls had a protest that remained peaceful and at one point the Police Chief, Mayor and Sheriff kneeled with the protesters. That was pretty cool to see. Course the news doesn’t care to show that this morning, instead they keep talking about the violence on Saturday night.

Hi, everyone. It's been kind of interesting around here. My 29 year old daughter is living with us right now. She ad been in Montana with er boyfriend living with a bunch of his family members. They ended up breaking up so she needed some place to go. So, we took her in. I haven't lived in the same house in 20 years. See how it all turns out. Another surprise. That remodeling I've done...well I got my proposed property tax bill and they upped my taxes by 133%!!! We called them up raising chain, and had to send pics proving the whole house wasn't done. Anyway, they dropped 50,000 off the appraised value, but still paying almost 600 more than before, so the fight isn't over. These government beauracrats drive me crazy. Anyway, just wanted to say howdy. Hope everyone is doing well, considering.
