I hate waiting to the last minute so I have been frantically going through Amazon looking for Father's Day gift. The more I look, the bigger my wishlist is getting for what I want.

The family outing was Mexican tonight. I had the chicken chimichangas for the first time and I really liked them. I love Mexican but everything basically tastes the same to me. Just rearranged differently on the plate. heehee I know I am full.

Hope everyone has a great week.

Good morning Rat2 and Dale

Yay!! Glad the search is over, Rat2 :thumb:

I detest shopping for clothes too, Dale. The stock in stores is pitiful and online, more often than not, is a disaster. Stock is usually limited there as well.

Hope everyone has a great day!
    Good morning Sara
    Exactly!

Y’all it was 80 degrees at 3 this morning, going to be a miserable day:(

I like shopping online except for clothes.

The stock in stores is pitiful and online, more often than not, is a disaster.
When I was younger, I can remember my mom buying things off the rack and never trying them on. Today, that is not possible because there are no standard sizes anymore. Even in shoes. I have sizes 7.5 to 9 and they all fit. I bought a pair of leggings that was size 2x and I am probably going to have to lose 20 more lbs before I can get them on. Sheesh!

I had to wear a white shirt with some lilac shorts I wore yesterday because I could not find anything to match. My cousin said they were blue and my aunt and dad said they were gray. Isn't it funny how people see things? Of course, I was right.

I thought I would be smart and get out and walk early today even before I had my coffee (I rarely do anything before my coffee). I did make it 50 minutes but then I came in a got my coffee and started sweating more from drinking it. I should have just thrown in some ice cubes and made it an iced drink. heehee Oh now I am thinking about the mocha frappachinos from McDonald's. They are so good. Much better than Starbucks.

I am sitting in front of the fan right now wondering if I should wring my bra out.

    Good evening everyone

I’m so sorry about the ac, Joey :( Close all the blinds/curtains and keep everything closed up tight in the morning. Might be worth it to get a couple fans, if you don’t already have them. Two summers ago when ours kept freezing, I used painter’s tape and taped kraft paper to the french doors to keep the sun out (we didn’t have blinds) paper bags could work too (I can’t remember if you have a slider or not) Not sure why we had a roll of kraft paper but it worked.

My closet is the same way. Multiple sizes that fit but nothing the same. Even when you find something you like/fits and order a couple of it, none of it fits the same.

We are supposed to see some 90s mid week.

spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Added a salad and some garlic bread. :D
