My first infraction was for offer ing some one a mvp2 beauty ring since i had an extra...
Buying selling or trading outside of classifieds...
My second was for stating a used product was $20 overpriced on classy's than buying brand new.
I thought it was against rules to up charge that much, but its not, or if it is i handled it wrong, i was looking at buying that particular mod and was like whoa i can get it new for $37!

I meant no harm either time, its just the rules.

Oh well, any way, the first time i got a * by my name. It was there for a week or two then went away.

Three other members i know got one after recieving a rule reminder, so we thought that was why.

Listen, as a wise member stated earlier, everyone has an opinion, and most of them stink. However you guys justify sleeping at night is up to you. I've read a lot of those posts here for a while now and remained silent. That stops now.

Being a "victim" of intellectual property theft myself I'm very passionate about this. To put as much time and effort into a products development in order to make it and sell it for a profit, then to have your hard work stolen and made for pennies off your effort is simply wrong. It's no different than busting into a place and stealing what you want.

Perceived value means nothing. If something costs more than you think it's worth, don't buy it. To buy an unauthorized copy is theft.

Not being able to afford the original does not justify theft.

Enjoying a copy more than the original means it's either all in your head or the copy has been improved. This is a gray area, especially when there's a lack of patent protection. The copy would have to be significantly different from the original for me to even consider it. I did buy an R91 because it's not only different enough from a Kayfun, the original designer authorized it's manufacture.

I just ignore what i dont like. Snobby comments, means i stop talking to said person.
