If you really want a fantastic vaping experience on the REO try the LR901 Bauway atomizers from mad vapes. I have never been a 901 guy but ordered some stuff from Mad Vapes and decided to give the LR 901's a shot. When I tried them I was really knocked out. Great taste and TH and tons and tons of vapor. Definitely the best vaping experience I've had in over ten months.

Side Note: I had a problem with my door (self-created) and immediately Robert came through with a solution at his expense. The level of customer service is incredible as is the REO.

Clyde - nice write up, but funny about "pretty". I'm still waiting for my REO, but to me the Kaji and the REO are far prettier than the other somewhat goofy looking 3rd gen mods. Retro? Since when is exotic hardwood retro? :?: They should remind one of 80's Boom Boxes, 70's Discos, or 18th C. brass pipe fittings?
It's like juice flavors, no one agrees on anything except A. Cinnacide... :D

Ohhhhhhhhh.... beautiful. The purple hardwood is NOT nearly as ... purple as it looks in the photos... more like a rosewood with a blush of plum. Learning curve very quick thanks to the various forums... decent vape with a 510, MASSIVE flavor and vape with LR801. And some 510s that do nothing at all, will fiddle with them later but... i'm rolling over to the other REO forum, but clumsygirl and ladycats and all, thanks so much for the terrific reviews and tips... this is a tremendous product. Get one, everyone, if you haven't already!

I noticed that the shaft of the post bolt was starting to elongate the hole through the door, and it wouldn't be long before the bottle plunger would be pushing on an angle. So, I made up a brass bushing to put in the hole to provide some more wear resistance. Here's a drawing in case any of you have access to a lathe:

I am trying to figure out combinations here as I madly order:

With the 123's do I want HV attys? What happens if I use a LR atty with 123's here?

And the 18650 batterys are available w/ 3000 and 2600 mAH ... what will be the difference (not technologically - in terms of production). ( have both, and the 2600 actually seems to produce more: is that an illusion?

Anyone help? Don? Come back?

The 123s are for 6V vaping ... the HR atty will knock it down to 5ish, least that's my understanding ... so going with that, the LR at 6V would kick it up to something way too high for me .... I could very well be wrong here, but that's my understanding .... as to batteries mah is the time between charges ... so the 3000 _should_ give more vape time before having to charge them ..........

LOL I'm sure that someone that actually _knows_ what they're talking about will jump in real soon to explain it better/correctly ........ :D

Ya, I'm wondering if it'd be too much heat and a toasted atty. I'm not sure if I want HV attys for 6 volts, also - not clear on what they do unless it's just that they accommodate higher voltage w/o popping. Actually a lot of people seem to be confused re arranging the right voltage, right atty, etc.. even the astute techies on related threads seem to be producing a lot of controversy. It's all relatively new.

Thanks for your ever kindly presence, Lady; we'll figure it all out with a little help from our friends...

LR have less "resistance" against the electricity therefore they let more voltage through giving a hotter burn. HR has more resistance meaning less electricity gets through....so 6v gets less voltage meaning it burns closer to 5v. Not sure if this means that LR atties actually get close to 5v or just let more electricity through draining the battery faster. (honestly on an 18650 this is hardly noticeable)

In summary LR on 3.7 is closer to 5 or 6v experience, HR on 6v gives closer to a 4 or 5v experience. Obviously LR on 6v burns way too hot (blown atty) and HR on 3.7 is pointless because it would vape around 2v which I don't believe is hot enough to make adequate vapor. I'm not an electrician I'm a film/tv editor so I could be wrong on some points so any insights would be helpful. Personally I use the safer 18650 at 3.7 with a LR attie rather than using the more dangerous 6v battery combination and a regular or HR attie. Safety and around 5v vaping is the way to go.

I'm from far the expert either but HV atties are for the two 3v 123's like you said. You can use the device with the 2 cr123's alone or take it down to around 5v with a HV atty. I can barely handle two of the 123's alone but a lot of people love it. Do not use a LR atty with these (2 3v batts) only use the LR atty's with one 3.7 battery, which is what I usually do and it simulates 5v.

Got my LR attys in the mail this morning... (the only one I had around crapped out)...

510 and 801 both tremendous... I agree w/the assessments above. Waiting for Ikenvapes 2.0 ohm. Finally squared away, yay! Unless I manage to cook em...
Good luck with the LR 801 form Issac, both of mine pooped the bed in less than a day. I've had great luck with the LR 801 from Clouds of Vapor. Over a week now with no problems and fantastic TH and Vapor. They are both supposed to be SLB 801's, but they look very different inside. Just my :2c:

In the meantime, ENJOY the freedom!
