I’m still here, lurking and learning. I don’t quite feel like I’m drowning anymore, and I’m down from a pack a day to 4 per day. (Morning, after meals, before bed). Working on replacing those but it makes me feel deprived so I’m working to replace the habit.Just Wondering how you are doing?

I watched a YouTube video on how to inhale, felt like an idiot smoking and vaping at the same time while watching the video and trying to learn what I need to do differently. But I think I got it!
Sore throat has gone away, switching between flavors and high nic/low nic all day for variation and to see what I’m comfortable with.
Was very nice to have some adult time last night and not feel like I have to run out in the cold to smoke a cigarette. I got to stay in bed! I told my husband I haven’t done that since 1998!!! Definite perk.
Otherwise, I come on here every day and read the things you guys are posting, and I don’t think I’ve known of a friendlier group of people.
