What do you mean by switching the housings? Did you put the internals of the springomizer into the housing of v2 plus? That housing with large, semicircular holes in the bottom? I can't see how this thing is changing the airflow.

I tried it today and it doesn't seem to change the airflow. The bottom o-ring on the positive pin should seal which means the airflow goes through the AFC ring, in to the positive post and up under the spring through the body. Unless it is used without the bottom o-ring like the video Imeo made with a larger o-ring in the bottom. That may make more air flow but I didn't try that, it is airy enough for me already.

Just replace springomizer's housing with the V2 housing. Just that, NOTHING ELSE Lo Zio :)

Feeding will be improved a lot. I just dont think that springomizer needs more feeding but if you vape at 0,2-0,3 ohm as you said, you need a better feeding for sure!

Everything crystal clear, thanks.
I'll try as soon as I have time, little busy right now.
Well, I usually vape at much higher ohms, I did cut the spring because I like the threads to be more spaced compared to the spring as it comes, soon I would like to play with the whole spring, just to test it.

i bought some 24awg ti grade 1 for sping making. took a 5 inch piece, cleaned with rubbing alcohol, wrapped it on my coil master 2mm rod tightly wrapped coils. used a nail clipper to trim legs for perfect ends, and stretched out wire pulling from both end with my finger nails while still on coil rod. perfect spring! loaded it in the housing, put it on my dna200 for temp controlled burn turning coils a beatiful blue. ohms out @ .20. wicked with rayon and juiced it up. set temp to 440f 24w and vaping amazing! i was using 28awg and found i needed to have temp set @ 480f and couldn't go much above 17w.

long post short: thick 24 awg ti wire was made for springs. 2mm rod is about as big as you can go, 2.5mm was too big of a spring to fit.

I've officially retired my springomizers and reverted to standard tilemahos until titanium springs become available. Why? My TC device doesn't cope well with ss spring and so I'm constantly burning cotton. As for the titanium springs I was making. After a while they lose their springiness/tension and tend to lose their contact on springomizer.

When i get around to it i'm going to make my own coil/spring out of SS 430 wire.
I was thinking the same, but it does not justify the price payed for upgrade part over the original one, at least not for me.
If I will wrap my own coils to be able to get higher resistances, it's not the problem to wrap it around posts and tighten screws.

True, but if i can get my own coil/spring to work i can just make a handful of them at a time and just pop them in when needed. It is still faster and no need to have wire cutters on you. Maybe it will be better with the Titanium springs and TC since the lower ohms won't matter with TC. Or maybe

youre complaining about a 50 cent spring not being high enough resistance to justify an upgrade not being worth it? very strange reasoning. being able to make 10 springs of my own wire/ohm/gauge in about 2 minutes that will last me months is amazing, not to mention how cheap the springs can be made on your own for. the design and concept is AMAZING and am shocked at how you look at the new upgrade. silly.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining about 50 cent spring, bought 20 of them together with the new upgrade.
I'm still enjoying every piece of GG equipment that I have and always will.
Imeo's ideas are getting more and more genius with everything new he comes up with.
I would only like to know why are the springs rated 0.4-1.4 (or 1.2) Ohms if it not possible to get that resistance.
It will not stop me from using it in any way.
Since I'm using my Tilemahos only on Dani (which I also think is a very good device), which is max. 20W, I was hoping that I would be able to utilize it better with new ready made springs.
