When I was first doing titanium Clapton and fused claptons I pulsed them very lightly at 10 watts and yes I always space them. Now that I've been doing so many titanium coils over the last 8 months or so I've found it almost not needed to pulse them at all. As long as your positive they are spaced correctly and that you have a solid connection with a atomizer you've used with TC before I would say you will be fine without pulsing. On my titanium coils I use kanthal as the wrap and haven't had any problems with that so far. I've got most of my titanium wire from fasttech and have ordered and tried/tested almost every type they have. They have 2 or 3 types of titanium there that is a pretty good quality and has performed flawlessly for me. If your going to be useing 26g as your core make sure to keep those wraps down to I would say 5 or 6, your vt200 should be able to heat just about anything you throw at it but it may get a little cramped in the rda. Good luck with the ti fused Clapton I'm sure you'll do well judging by the SS coil picture.Do you heat these Ti fused claptons to make them contact coils? Or do you just to see if they heat evenly? My 26g Ti is on the way and I will be making fused claptons but I was going to try spaced first. I don't like dry-burning Ti or SS and haven't had much success with either. I was hoping to just wrap spaced Ti fused claptons, wick, and vape them.
Also, what wire do you use for your wraps? Kanthal or Ti as well?
Here's a pic of my 24g SS316L fused claptons. Came out to 0.09 ohms so I didn't even attempt doing one with my 24g Ti lol.
