Nice. Somehow I like Dan's better. I wonder if the king of vapor really listens to that musik:p

Still building a bigger carto seems like a better solution than this here bottle replacement, but 10ml is a bit overkill for me. 3 or 5, then I wouldn't get tired of finishing it before changing flavors. For me, atty building would probably be too frustrating.

Just got through 1st use of a step drill. The 1st try got messed up, 2nd worked a treat, bit of a learning curve. Very nice precision without a drill press, I highly recommend.

I spent all of last night drooling over this bad boy. Those germans are crafty folk. It looks like if you kept this wet, it would be a tank! I think it's only $215 for the A1 atty, vr4 big batt mod, 2 3.7 trustfires, dual independent charger bay charger, replacement fiberglass and heating wire, and shipping. This looks like an Armageddon buster to me.

I don't like the plug into the big batt mod. It kinda makes me feel like it could pop out. [think drunken light saber battle]. Just a piece of mind. I'd also rather see a mouthpiece that isn't threaded if it's even possible to drip on this bad boy :p

MisterD, you totally made my night with that vid.

Hey D, have you got the wire under the bottom connector?? Good to see you're working on a 2nd, I am too. Leaving some of the plastic and glue on the bottom if the needle was to bulky, so a bit of heatshrink tubing instead keeps it safe. Also, I am using the madvapes small 510 connector on these and the hole is smaller, hence the 18G. Might be worth trying a size even looser.

the legs are trimmed and soldered on the bottom connector than i insert the 18 gauge needle on one of the trimmed legs. the other leg serves so that i can regulate the needle up or down and to make sure i have pos contact.
no epoxy.just gorilla super glue and only on the outside. it seals from the outside only. i filled the bottom part where i soldered the LED legs with solder like when you seal a connector so that no juice leaks inside the batt

Hi Stormi good to see you're doing this too, welcome aboard. :D
D, that pic is much better. Are the legs springy enough to keep the needle pinched and maintain contact? You could try 2 sewing needles trimmed and flush against each other in place of the legs.
I took your recessed bottom connector idea and went farther. No bottom connector, just a wire up the bottom of the fob. and the fob got embedded. First try the fob wasn't closed properly, so it flooded. I waxed the threads and seated it proper and now no worries with that part. Juiced fine all day but still need to take care of a dodgy ground. It's not done, but a couple of pics:)

dude! im surprised on how the further the needle sticks out the more you flood... had to trim my needle feeder almost all the way down.

Indeed, the more needle means less air which increases the pressure on the juice- how are you cutting your tip, straight or at an angle? I've been cutting at a slight angle in hopes that a more exposed droplet gets sucked away more efficiently.
Also using a carto cheats some, the notches on the connector pass a lot of airflow, and its pretty hard to flood.
