Yay, the 10ml monster is working great, I added 901 connectors to this one to see how they would work. It attaches to the 901 pill fob PT perfectly and look at the vapor :)
Lovin it,
Dan

An observation and word of caution. Some of what I see going on here reminds me of the initial work that I did with the Super TorneGo II. I had a family of "jetting needles" that would pull liquid from the bottom of the reservoir and deliver it to the atomizer coil (close proximity).

Early on I went away from neeldes that were connected to the battery (+) (center pole) and started using insulated jet needle assemblies. The problem was that my needles would often contact the wicking mesh in the atomizer (coil pot).. and usually that mesh was electrically grounded. That would create a short.. and in the case of the eGo class batteries.. it would damage the internal MOSFET.

Just an observation....

poland, and the brassy lands of google
Dan, you have any plastic rings from cd-r/dvd-r cake boxes? Even groovier, An aluminum platter spacer from a hdd?

Scottbee, welcome back! I gather you are light years ahead of all this. Excellent, something to shoot for. And your advice makes me glad I don't poke my atty innards, feed low asdaq, feed low. Your filling port still gives me an occasional shiver.

Might I ask, what is your hardware of choice lately?

Hey Scott,
Observations are a great thing, what one cannot see in front of them many around them can. I have been going 1/8" max above the battery connector center post just for that reason and it pulls the liquid just fine without having to be in close proximity of the heating coils bottom mesh. So far I have emptied one 5ml fob in a 9 hour stretch. Whenever vapor falls off I simply use a rapid inhale in secessions of three and vapor returns. After 9 hours of use I have gotton accustomed to the feel of how hard to ihale for the results I want. I have this hooked to my EGO as we speak and it works wonderfully. Pics below

 Hey guys! Will one of you please do a photo tutorial for those of us who are conceptually challenged? I have good basic skills and fairly good, but outdated electronics knowledge... A photo tutorial would bridge the gap for me! Please? Thanks!

Breifly... :)

I jumped in and designed this:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/96580-tube-juice-feeding-21.html#post1805143

Then I built it and did a vid review here:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modders-forum/96580-tube-juice-feeding-24.html#post1817672

Asdaq and Mr D continued to develope, and Mr D clarified the "LED Legs" in the above posts. Either design seems to work well. I like the positive fixed tubing I used, but I like the ability to be able to swap needle sized as Mr D pointed out by his design.

All in all it works great.
Get all that?
