I'm thinking of getting my brother a VOLT. He wants this size ecig.

Can i ask, are there pre-filled cartridges and what do they taste like?

Also, are there refillables, and how do they seem to do with juice? (taste is preserved, etc.)

Si has 15 Flavors if disposables. They also sell juice in the same Flavors in 30 ml bottles, there are 5 different sampler packs as well. If you find a juice you like, get a pack of the prefilled cartos and a bottle of the same juice. You can refill the cartos with the bottle.

On average, I got about 15-20 refills on each carto.

They also sell blank cartos if you want to use other juice

Love your signature line :)

The Volt system is a good choice and SI customer service is great! There are other "refillables" for it besides standard cartomizers as well. SI just added a CE3 that holds about 1ml and produces great flavor and tons of vapor. They do require a syringe for refilling, but it's not a difficult task to do and there are several great videos to show how to use them. There are also clearomizers which are actually designed to fit on their X2, larger, battery series but also fit the 65mm and 78mm batteries. The X2 will also accept tanks from other vendors if a bigger battery/tank system is preferred.

Thumbs up on the VOLT. Been using mine for 4 months now. The flavors are awesome from Smokeless Image. I have tried a few from other vendors, but I myself keep returning to SI. I love their tobacco flavors. As mentioned before, they do offer a good selection, cartos that are easily refillable and customer service you can't beat. I was looking for a replacement for the stinkies and I found it in the VOLT. It feels right, looks right, easy to manage and it got me off the sticks.

First I'd like to welcome you to Voltville, and I love my Volts and I know your brother will to. As far as flavors go,I suggest the sampler cartomizers first to find the flavors that he likes.
As far as the choices of pre-filled carts, clearomizers,or dual coiled ones, again I think that is a matter of preference to.Personally I like the pre-filled ones the best and for me they are the simplest to use and more like a traditional smoke even on my X2's. I've tried the others and they are good. My brother prefers the clearomizers and the dual coils. My suggestion would be to go to the SI site and watch their video demonstrations on all three of them and then decide.

Hello everyone,

Another new member with Volt success story here. 2 months ago I was lucky enough to find ECF. Even more lucky I was when I chose SI Volt as my first starter kit. I still find it amazing that after 20+ years of moderate to heavy smoking and countless feeble attempts to quit - the day I got my Volt kit was the last day I smoked.

Well, hope I have successfully passed my entrance exam and can be a member of Voltville now :)

Congrats, you passed. Welcome aboard!

You did better than I did, it took me 3 days to stop analogs. :toast:

Welcome, the day you got your kit you became a Voltie. You did way better than me, it took me two weeks to completely put down cigarettes. Now, with my Volt, there's no way I'd go back.

OK, I've certainly cheated with analog Marlboros a couple of times afterwards . Partly it was out of curiosity: everyone says that real cigarettes taste horrible once u start vaping (it was not horrible but just not the same). And partly it was because of that newbie quest to find "the perfect tobacco" juice that tastes exactly like real cigs

And I've tried a bunch of highly acclaimed on ECF juices just to find that SI juices are really great and I don't need to go anywhere else. SI Cowboy is just a masterpiece and the most Marlboro-like juice I've ever tried. Period!

So for me it's very simple now: SI is my primary supplier of both hardware and liquids with some occasional foray to other vendors just to try some new flavor or two for variety sake.

Right on. I'm rock'n 24mg Cowboy. Oh, don't forget to post your pic for your freebie, if you haven't already.

Currently SI has the CE3 which is pretty good in the "clear wick" model. Great flavor and vapor and it's easy to see when it's empty. It does need to be filled with a syringe, which some people don't like, but, to me, it's well worth the "effort" if you want to call taht an effort. SI is also coming out with a newer model in the near future that won't need a syringe to fill. Either way, you can't go wrong. Unfortunately, the CE3s are out of stock.

Whats up guys,

I don't have a Volt yet but am really excited to get one soon (getting ready to order one next week, oh I hate waiting for payday:().
Been vaping for about 8 months now and still can't find the equipment that I want. I have ego's, big battery mods, etc. but always wanted an automatic cig sized ecig with great performance. Well, after about FOREVER searching, I think I have finally found one!!
Anyway, I'll be sure to post my experience and thoughts of the Volt when I get it next week.
By the way, I was curious as to the PG/VG ratio of the SI liquids, can somebody let me know? Also, I used to be a pack, pack and a half a day M-reds smoker for 26 years and since I moved to vaping, have only bought ejuice at 18mg but was curious about the 24mg. Any advice?

Thanks.

Hi welcome  most of the liquids are 90/10 pg/vg

If 18 is working for you then no need for 24... but if you feel you need a little extra 24 might be the trick
