I just ordered the Volt - Standard Starter Kit and a pack each of vanilla and classic grape. Switching over from greensmoke!
Welcome max, I haven't heard that one for a LONG time, and it was a great bit, too! I think you'll really like the Volt, it keeps me off tobacco with no problem....ENJOY!

welcome newbies!! You'll love the volt product,,,,,,,when OR if you're ready for a bigger batt, all your cartos and clearos will fit the X2s

Welcome Winter! I think you'll be pleased and very satisfied with your Volt kit and it will make the transition to vaping very easy and pleasant.

Well I jumped in and ordered my starter kit today. I'm still new to all this
and currently have Inferno and KGO batts along with a clearo and a Vivi Nova
Mega, etc., but I need something to take to work that doesn't look like I'm
using some kind of elicit drug device!
I can use my bigger batts and tanks at home, but being out in public all
day looking like a scene from Blade Runner ain't gonna cut it.

I'm new to the Volt, but not new to vaping. I started out with a 902 mini and nearly gave up the first week, because the taste was so bad. It was a basic generic $45 kit (902 battery, atomizer, and a few cartridges). It wasn't all that bad, except the cartridges tasted like diesel fuel. Finally found the right subforum here on ECF and learned that you have to blow out the shipping fluid. Holy moly, I sure do not miss that! Quickly upgraded to the 808D and cartos. Much better. Then I went crazy trying just about every ejuice that was available. Spent about a year or so doing the mod thing. Now I just want easy easy ... good equipment with no muss, no fuss. In my vaping case I had at least 20 batteries, but most of them are worn out, so I decided to give SI a try.
I ordered the Volt X2 900mah and a couple X2 clearomizers. Guess I got lucky - clearomizers were in stock. Received them Tuesday, Oct. 9th. Vaped for almost 13 hours before battery died. Today I discovered that I actually received the 650mah, and not the 900 that I paid for. No biggie, I sent an email today to ask for a $5 credit on my next order. WOW, I am impressed with this battery. I'm a heavy vaper, and I can't believe how long this battery just goes and goes and goes. It's like having a big mod without the hassle.
And I also love the clearos. I'm still using the 1st one. I refilled it at least 5 or 6 times before I had to clean it. When I put it back on the battery, it vaped like brand new. I am impressed, to say the least.

Hi again! Thanks for the welcome in the chat thread.
I consider myself a heavy vaper since I vape constantly. I vape mostly 18mg, but sometimes 24mg. Yes, I was really, really surprised to get that many hours right out of the box. After charging, I got around 10 hours on the 2nd go round. Today, I am at 10.5 hours so far, and it's still going strong. I had ordered the 900mah, but SI sent the 650. Says 650 on the box, and I measured it with my ruler at 72mm. So it's definitely a 650.

Update: battery died at 9:25 p.m. (my time), so got almost 11 hours today. Hope it continues like this.
Welcome to Voltville Moonstruck! I use X20-650s with clearos when I'm out mowing the lawn, walking the dog or out in the car. I started using them about four months ago and am still using my original clearos. The battery life is great, but I still ike to work "hands free", like now on the computer, so my 78mms still get lots of use.
WOW, thats a long time on a 650!!!! but yep, sounds like they accidentally sent a 650! They'll take care of it for you
I can't wait to get my new X2,,,,,,,I got the 900, and one for my daughter,,,,,,,and she goes all day and another half day before needing to charge hers,,,,,,,but mine won't hold a charge and is making funky noises, so they are sending me a new one. It got shipped today, so I am hoping Tuesday
