I’ve been done a few times

I think most of us have been, too...several times! I know I've finally found and loaded up on my all-time favorite MTL rta. I don't even look at others now when vendors email about new tanks in their newsletters. I've also got more than enough mods and 100mg/mL nic base to outlast my lifetime.

By the way...you live in my most favorite place on Earth. If I had my way, I'd definitely live up there every summer and down here the rest of the year.

Over the past one and a half year I have bought half a bucket of RDAs all of which are authentic and 44 mech mods each and every single one of which is also an authentic by Purge Mods (21), Scoundrels (4), R6Two (2), Ronin Mods (1), Vaperz Cloud (8), Vapergate & BJ Box Mods (2), BJ Box Mods (1), Deathwish Modz (3), Vaper's Mood (1), RNV Designs (1). Do you guys think maybe I should start stocking up?

At each point I thought I had the mod and tank combo for life, damn industry keeps changing.

If you have nic (or don't use it), and those RDAs and mechs are absolutely all you ever use, you're done. If not, you're not.

Nic is not a real problem I don't think. There's just lots of RDAs and mechs I'd like to ever use, but that I haven't ever bought. :D

Well, after reading every page in the thread and paying another quick visit to the site...I'll just still post deals that I find myself, here on ECF.

Well JC...I went there earlier in the week...and 4 of the 6 "Best Rated" deals on the home page were listed as "Expired"...

Checked it out again today...and once again 4 of the 6 "Best Rated" deals on the home page were listed as "Expired"...(although I'm guessin' these were 6 different deals)...

The original Pico with an SV rda clone has been my all day every day carry since the Pico came out. So those are what I stockpiled. The first Pico USB charging stopped working a month ago so I swapped it out for another from the stockpile and purchased 2 replacements which increased the Pico supply by one. My nic supply is based on the assumption I would never go beyond a certain daily consumption, and then watts crept up and so did consumption of nic. I will be getting some more nic to address the possibility that the increase is permanent. Then there is the psychology of the situation. If severe restrictions on access to products appear to be more likely I'm liable to top off the stockpile just because.

In the mean time the original cost of my stockpile was $650. That's not much money for a 10/20 year supply of the key items. If I had to write that off because there is no ban after all AND I moved on to other hardware it would be no big deal.

May be things are easier for me because I'm content with one mod, one atomizer (and even one flavor). If I needed to stockpile a lot of variety it would be a much more expensive project.

I have a couple of picos in the stash because they were cheap. It's easy enough to remove the battery and charge it in an external charger. Not saying what you have to do but you may be able to get some additional mileage out of them when the USB goes kaput.

A brother-in-law of mine has 30 years experience working on electronics. When we get together soon I'll ask him to take a look at the charging issue. I favor the Pico because it's the smallest form factor that will take an 18650.

I’ve only had a couple charging ports crap out on me, but anything with an external battery, I take it out and put it on a charger. And I only use the port when I have to- ie, I’m out of the house and don’t have the charger with me.

My two oldest mods, an internal and a dual 18650, you can tell which one the port has been used less. It’s still like new, 4 years old.

Lightning Vapes is having a Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion on specific items, until this Sunday night at 11:59PM EST. There aren't a lot of things in the promotion, but a couple things for example, that are included are: Cotton Bacon packs and the flat top Samsung INR 25R 18650 batteries. The batteries are a particularly good deal, IMO, because they sell singles for $7.49, a 2pk for $12.99, a 3 pk for $19.24, and larger packs. So with the BOGO free promo...that's a very hard to beat deal on the singles and especially on the packs! There is no code needed, since it's limited to those specific items on the page below.

Here's a link to their website page that shows what's included in the promotion:

Damn, had a scare -- thought I'd run out of vg. Debating how to proceed but just didn't seem right. Looked again with flashlight and found 2 of 4 original gallons still boxed. Whew, disaster averted. ;)

And hello all! BTW, Kayfun v5 and Smoant Charon are both bullet-proof. Pico's didn't last; seemed to fail when 510 connections got flooded.

I'm gonna be getting a couple more Mod 101's. Really liking those, and can't beat the price.

I ended up getting an absolutely fantastic deal on that which they're modeled after. The difference is there, but it's not nearly as big a gap as one might expect. It made me appreciate just how good a mod the 101 is.

As I've said before, remove that auto-off, and it would be right at the tip-top of my list. They're easily worth twice what we've paid, and maybe even a bit more.

In my opinion, of course.
