No need to be ashamed of safety. Nic in the eye burns like a :censored:
My mixing safety tips, protective goggles, available in any hardware store. Eventually you may be so comfortable you forget to wear them but still a good idea. Have a "spill kit" at hand. That means a situation where you spill a bunch of liquid and need to clean it up safely. The usual, mop, spunges, may be towels, and now is when you want to be wearhing the rubber gloves. You want a spill kit, even if you don't do DIY. Clear work space, no clutter. Have everything assembled for the job, start to finish, before you start. If you have to go looking for something in the middle of the process you might loose your place and make a mixing error. Make sure there is lots of light. Keep your eyes on the work, unblinking. Looking away, even for a moment, is usually when spills happen. I use an android mixing calculator called Liquix. Also helps avoid mixing mistakes.

I’m stocked up for two lifetimes of vaping and now the thrill is gone. I kinda enjoyed that panicked feeling I got when shopping for my vapeocalypse stash. Now that I’m done the panicky excitement is gone.

I suppose I should feel something more positive like relieved or comforted or I dunno SOMETHING better than meh.

It’s exciting to buy stuff especially if under duress along with a large group of people doing the same thing.

Maybe I could start a thread called - All Stocked Up, Now What...
:vapor:
An "all stocked up, what now?" thread would be interesting and vapers would stop buy to ask what you think is all stocked up. The problem is you'd have to promise that you aren't buying even more stuff even after you're all stocked up and I bet there's no honest person here who would make that promise. He, he...

Completely random question but do you guys use anything for vape build up mitigation? I've had an air purifier that I thought was working fine and now my landlord/roommate is complaining that he can smell/see the vape upstairs in his room. He didn't complain for a whole year and all of a sudden it's a problem. :(

I'm guessing it's going through the air vents. I turned the furnace on so that it cycles air no matter what every 15-20 minutes but he's still complaining about it. I guess my air purifier isn't keeping up as well as I had thought.

He recommended an ozone generator but in reading up on it you have to be outside of the room and then remain outside of the room for 30 minutes so the oxygen has time to build backup. Not really something I want to mess around with.

Anyone else got any ideas? My next move is to leave the fan on on the furnace at all times that I'm vaping so that it has no way to get into the air vents.

Wow, maybe a charcoal filter on a fan??? Or charcoal filter on your air vents??

I have allergies so use 3M Filtrete filters (which have an electrostatic charge) in the ac/furnace. Also use room-sized air filters (also using Filtrete filters) in my office and bedrooms; I found you typically need a larger than advertised size for a given room. These seem to do a good job in quickly dispersing and removing. Also check for and locate the room's return air duct and stay clear. GL

Yeah that's the thing there's no return air duct in my room there's only the one in the hallway around the a couple corners from my room. Vape usually hangs out up on the ceiling so I think it's going into my supply air duct when the system isn't running and making it's way to his room. That's why my nuclear option is to just leave the fan on on the furnace and keep the system pressurized. Maybe crack a window so it goes that way instead of the door.

Ugh. This is the #1 reason I need to own a home.

This works well to exhaust room air,

Plus $30 is a lot cheaper than a new house. ;)

Vape is heavier than air so should only go upstair if blown or pulled by furnace air, open door/window, etc. Window fan should work for temperate seasons. Otherwise, with no exhaust duct, should be able to close the door, throw down a stop-door-draft-thingy on the bottom, and use larger-size room filter. And yeah, you don't want to use those ozone generators.

Even though I thought I had enough nic at 15.5L for my wife and I for our lifetime (as long as we cut down from 18-20mg to 9-10mg over the next 5-7 years) I feel a sense of panic telling me I should grab a couple more liters of 100mg. Mainly triggered by this potential $2,780 per liter tax. Uggghh

Right now I will be storing 7.5L in my freezer, my brother-in-law will be storing 4 liters and my daughter will be storing 4 liters in each of their freezers (in case my house burns down or pulls a Wizard of Oz during a hurricane). If something happens to my stash at one of their houses I will still be left with 11.5L total, which could be manageable if we cut down earlier or even more, but if I lose the 7.5L at my house I will be left with just 8L which would be difficult. So I am thinking at least 2 more liters (one for each of them) would give me 10L if I lost my stash.

Then I am worried we will both die in a flaming car crash and my kids will throw out $52,500 in nicotine. lmao

@Haktuspit - This gentle man might know. He's our fix it guy.

    @Bronze

Get your nic now if you are still needing it, there is a House bill and Senate bill about taxing nic and if they fly thru nic is going to be very expensive. So now is the time to get it.

Get a standard box fan.. Attach a standard air filter for ac/heat.get a large box.. Aim fan front into the box ..aim back of fan where most of your vaping occurs.. YouTube is your friend ;) look up swamp cooler with box fan

Switch to unflavored for awhile and see if he still complains. If he does then the problems isnt your vape, its your neighbor.

Don't forget the three Dobermans you need to guard all that gold that's in the freezers.
