An "all stocked up, what now?" thread would be interesting and vapers would stop buy to ask what you think is all stocked up.
• Enough nic to last until you're over 100.
• Gear that you're confident will last equally long.

The problem is you'd have to promise that you aren't buying even more stuff even after you're all stocked up and I bet there's no honest person here who would make that promise. He, he...
I haven't promised not to buy more stuff, but I haven't bought much stuff at all in several years now.

The way my brain works, forbidding myself from doing something is counter-productive. If I do that, a part of me will rebel against it. E.g I've never forbidden myself from having a cigarette if I really want one; I just haven't had one in over 5-1/2 years now.

Just ordered 2 Hellbeasts and some coils from eightvape and 10x bubble glass for one of my other tanks on aliexpress (they didn't filter everything! lol).

But I said I was done??? smh

And I decided I am definitely upping my nic stash to 17.5L by getting another 2L of nic if that $2780 tax bill passes the house and the senate (before Trump signs it). If it doesn't pass, I will still get it but I will wait until May 2020 (or sooner if the FDA pulls a fast one in the coming weeks).

I've been slowly dropping hints here and there to the wife about my stockpiling... hoping to soften the blow should she ever look at our credit card bill.

The land of the free ha that's a joke,. We aren't free to do anything, if we want to vape and then that's on us. Oh it makes me so angry
We are as free as we choose to make ourselves, which may involve some effort and expense.

If you don't DIY your juice and haven't got a stash of nic yet, there is no better time to start than right now. There are several hammers poised to drop next year.

Good advice. DIY juice making is easy and profitable in terms of cost, and you begin to learn how to make juices you like. Repeatability is just a matter of keeping records of your mixes using a juice calculator.

Ugh. This is the #1 reason I need to own a home.
Not having others tell you what you can and can't do in your own home is indeed one of the the best reasons to own one yourself. Make sure it is a detached house too. Condos and even townhouse communities with shared walls have started to get all uppity with smoking/vaping rules in some areas.

Agree. the calculator says my 2 PAD habit after quitting since 2010 is saving me $3650.00 per year.

How Much Will You Save? | Smokefree

Makes stocking up seem not so bad. I haven't spent what I spent in just one year. How did I even afford to smoke? Oh yeah, I switched to vaping because I couldn't.

Seriously though if the tax thing goes through there's gonna be a threat of break-ins. I remember when copper went up in price and folks were having their Heat Pumps stolen for the copper inside.

Well, just about every house has copper. Very, very few have nic. Around here it was mostly houses abandoned or unoccupied that got stripped of copper.

Completely random question but do you guys use anything for vape build up mitigation? I've had an air purifier that I thought was working fine and now my landlord/roommate is complaining that he can smell/see the vape upstairs in his room. He didn't complain for a whole year and all of a sudden it's a problem. :(
.
Maybe the recent vaping news hysteria has to do something with it.
Light up a cigarette, and he'll beg you to go back to vaping

I'm guessing it's going through the air vents. I turned the furnace on so that it cycles air no matter what every 15-20 minutes but he's still complaining about it. I guess my air purifier isn't keeping up as well as I had thought.

He recommended an ozone generator but in reading up on it you have to be outside of the room and then remain outside of the room for 30 minutes so the oxygen has time to build backup. Not really something I want to mess around with.

Anyone else got any ideas? My next move is to leave the fan on on the furnace at all times that I'm vaping so that it has no way to get into the air vents.
Sheet of charcoal over the register? Window open? Fans on, like in the bathroom? Diffuser?

I'm planning to add more nicotine to my "strategic reserve". Probably from vapers tek or nude nicotine or maybe heartland. Any discount going on now? Codes?
I'm open to other suggestions if the base is "clean" (like/close to chemnovatic) and price is right
    TIA
I don't have any codes, but have always gone with heartland due to the price and the free shipping over $50 (if you are only getting 1L of 100mg it is easy to do by adding some pg or vg, etc). I have been very happy with their product.

I should be about set. I do want to pick up some odds and ends, like replacement glass and squonk bottles, and maybe a couple mech squonkers. I’d like something nicer than the Stentorian, although I have 3 of those and they’re pretty good.

Seems I find the bottom end and the really expensive top end, not much in the middle.

Heartland for the win. Pick up some bottles with caps to decant the nic into at the same time.

For air purifying, I use these:
    https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-TrueAir-04532GM-Eliminator/dp/B002SHCEVG

Replacement filter 3-packs I typically pick up at Lowes. You can also cut your own Carbon filter replacements:
    https://www.amazon.com/All-Filters-CP-6005-Cut-Carbon-Purifiers/dp/B000U204W2

A doubled up piece of that generic filter works decently, though I'm lazy usually pick up the HB pet carbon filters at Lowes

We have 3 Aussie shepherds who sleep in the bedroom, and the wife and I both have allergies - these have been quite effective at filtering, obvious when we check the carbon filters.

Next up would be a standard dual fan for a window, though perhaps impractical if you live in a cold climate.

A carbon filter over a standard fan can definitely help, but overall those HB do a nice job. Perhaps put one near where you vape, a second near the air register so that air gets filtered before going out.
