 YEA - RIGHT . . . .

"Natural hazards abound in Arizona. At the top of list: flash floods, severe weather, landslides and debris flows, earthquakes, and earth fissures." (Center for Natural Hazards)

"'Thunderstorms happen year-round in Arizona, but they are most common during the monsoon season (mid-June through September). Severe thunderstorms can produce heavy rain, flash flooding, severe winds, hail, and lightning. Lightning continues to be one of the top three storm-related killers in the United States.'" (Thunderstorms | Arizona Emergency information Network)
AND - Then there are the "Tornadoes" . . .

Where do you get this? We have had one 3.2 earthquake (industrial caused?) since I was born in 71. We have had 2 F-0 tornados since that time. No man (or car) swallowing earth fissures. I have yet to hear of anyone dying of lightening in AZ since I was born. No man eating landslides.

Now the thunderstorms can be no joke, I have yet to hear of anyone dying from the thunderstorm itself. We get these things called microbursts which is similar in damage in a lot of ways to small tornados but even these are not common or life taking. I think people have died from flash flooding in the high country. Maybe a few stupid drivers driving through flooded washes I am not sure. We have had 2 major floods in my life back in the 70's, one in which I almost drown in.

Now wildfires. You didn't list that. I have to admit, in the high country where there are pine trees and such during the dry season wildfires have wiped out rural homes. It is a shame.

But by and large, Arizona does not have natural disasters that plagues many states. FEMA does not come to our state very often and when it does its for a wildfire. So come to Phoenix, where the sun shines 299 days a year! ( Do I sound like the tourism board?)

I actually saw quite a bit of devastation in northern AZ to fires, beautiful country, but all those pines, scary! Of course we have a lot of fires in northern NM too, those trees are bad when they catch fire.

I buy eight'o'clock coffee regular and add one to two drops of TFA French Vanilla Deluxe with my cream and sugar..

Could probably do a caramel in there also if you decreased the vanilla..

I actually find this less expensive, since often they charge more for flavored grounds..

Not sure I will ever have grandkids. Son has never even dated.

I’m a tea drinker. Gave up coffee a little over a year ago. Mom is going to buy me some teas for Christmas. Where do you buy the caramel apple rooibos?

Already enough Sunshine right here . . . Remember I live in the SUNSHINE State . . . More specifically, Southern Florida . . . AND - There is also the fact, I'm NOT supposed to even be in the direct Sunlight too much - Bad effects given the medications I take . . . Plus I am much too YOUNG to move to AZ . . .

I lived in Miami back in 1992 for a contract job. Survived Hurricane Andrew. Came back home a couple of months after. And as a kid we lived in Jacksonville twice when Dad was in the Navy. I vacation in Panama City Beach. I love Florida.

Hey everyone, been home from the hospital for about an hour. MIL came out of surgery doing well.

been perusing FT wondering if I want to buy some different size barrels for my KF2019. I really, really love that tank and already bought a double for the stash. But I’m using the other and refilling it all the time, and while doing so, having to use a tool to unscrew the base that’s always acting welded shut. I see there is a top fill option. Anyone using that? If you like it, I’ll have to buy a few.
