It slows down any device even a computer.

I regularly have 200 tabs open in firefox on my computer with no noticeable slowdown. But I also have a pretty hefty gaming rig of a machine. No saying it isn't slowing it down just that if you have a machine with enough power behind it you can get away with more.

Well, I think the overseas retailers will be last to fall. They don't really care about US regulations. Eventually they will close that loop, too, probably.

I think overseas stuff will always get through to a degree. They can't inspect every single package that comes into customs..

sure some of it will get seized, but some will get through as well..

yep that it will be.. we will have to make several small orders instead of putting our eggs in one basket, and know there will be some losses.

I think the first year there will be a huge crackdown, then after that things will lighten up.

If they can't stop China from shipping actual drugs here, I'm optimistic they can't stop e-cigs. Possible you may lose an order here and there, but since shipping is free, making a bunch of small orders would lessen the risk.
