@Miss Chris -
I use the House nic, but the discount didn't show up until reviewing the cart or during checkout.

You should see a Discount row near the bottom of one of those pages, at $10 per liter.

I know that nicotine e-liquid is being regulated as a tobacco product now, but there are no state taxes YET on it here in Texas. On combustible tobacco, that's a different story. Considering that, would the state be able to tax me for a product I own, that was untaxed at the time of purchase? On cigarettes, I can see it, there are already laws in place requiring taxes be paid on them, so I see that circumventing those laws could be fined, and taxes collected. If you have cigars bought at say 5% tax (random %, not actual numbers) stocked in a humidor for personal use, and the tax went up to 15%, would you then assume the burden of paying more tax on them? No wonder there are tax lawyers, this stuff is beyond me. Good point on the tobacco product shipping rules, but what would that really mean as far as taxes are concerned? After taxation, I can see nicotine purchases being tracked, and penalties applied sure, that makes sense. I don't see it happening on pre-tax shipments, but I'm trying to be optimistic, this whole mess is frustrating.
Louisiana has .05 cents per ml of “consumable nicotine liquid solution”. That’d be $50 per litre, IF they could justify 100mg/ml as a “consumable solution”. Still cheaper than stinkies

Have you tried getting text or email alerts for the tracking? I had a package stalled for about two weeks at an”distribution center”. Once I signed up I every alert option given, it “miraculously” left for NOLA (aka, someone bothered to go look for it)
Yeah, I’ve done all that and actually had a USPS person call me on the phone. Now that I’ve ordered more athenas I’m just going to treat the Armageddon situation like a science experiment.

I've consistently been buying vaping products from several US vendors who've been shipping to me by both UPS and FedEx. I'm not a "dealer". Their business names also leave no doubt about what types of products are being shipped.

Also, I've read your posts in several different threads...about banks cracking down on, as you called them "tobacco" related purchases, through PP and/or by CC ...to delivery addresses in the US. I've personally not experienced any problems with that, with vaping related items. My purchases from VapeSourcing.com and many other Chinese companies and US vendors...have had no problem being processed through PP and/or my CC. So, I'm confused...by your posts regarding it.

I didn't say it's here now, I said it's coming and policies are in place at the company level.

And I know from hard experience, they can and may go "retro".

It happened to me with cigarettes, it can and may happen with vape, especially on the state level.

That's all I'm sayin'.

I could see Texas doing this if not worse, hopefully not until my orders get here.

They can't impose a tax on something you purchased in the past. They could with cigarettes because taxes were being evaded, but if there is no tax on nic, they cannot go "retro" (with the exception of states that had a vaping tax in place at the time of purchase).

You're right, but I don't trust the .......s - AT.ALL.

We can say all day long "but that's illegal or that's unconstitutional"
but the fact is that if you don't have the money/time for a lawyer to fight it, you're SOL.
That's the sad state of the USA. The laws and the constitution only apply to you if you have money to hire a lawyer.

Perfect timing on the nic sale, since the freezer should be in tomorrow - thanks!

Well - Thanks to a GREAT ECF Friend - who was looking out for "Me" in more ways then one (A true - "Mench"), instead of having it delivered - I just picked up "My" little freezer this past Friday . . .

For a small 1.1 cu - that little s**ker was heavy (I should have known better then to lift it myself and not just once but 3 x's - SMH) . . . BTW: WARNING - Make sure and triple check measurements and check again at all angels before ordering anything, especially when it is a very tight space . . . Actually, had to move it to a different spot then where I NEEDED it to "sit" . . . Also, Thankfully, I found an inexpensive strong parson's table that 's the right size to place the freezer on too, so I don't have to get on the floor every time I want to get something . . .

Anyway, it is finally set-up. . . NOW - The question is, do I take the opportunity to get more NIC with the sale at Heartland Vapes happening or wait till I decant the NIC I already have . . . Just Sayin' . . .

If your freezer has exposed coils on the back of it, be sure to leave like 1/2"-1" clearance between the coils and the wall.

Not likely to be cheaper so if you can afford it, I would do it now.

    Somewhere between here and there
Just so y'all know, UPS and fedex have a "no tobacco products" policy unless both the shipper and receiver are both licensed dealers. Just an FYI.

Don't be surprised if SHTF in some way now or down the line. If dealers are demanded by state and/or fed to give up their sales records, you will pay later iwth penalties added. I'm not posting this to stop you from buying nic, I'm just giving you a warning. Read my post a few posts up to see what happened to me before vaping. These mafia bosses we have running our fed and state govts are serious about demonizing vape and vapers so they can tax us to death....literally.

I'm surprised that this is the first time I've heard of that. I've been buying snus for several years and was with the understanding that usps could not ship tobacco products but never heard anything about UPS and FedEx. All of my snus shipments come via UPS with adult signature.

If you live in a cold area, you can possibly keep it outside in a garage or shed.

I have a detached, non-heated garage and that's where I'm keeping my nic base through the bulk of the winter to save money on electric bill. I have an extra, unused fridge with a freezer on top, but it's old so this will help extend it's life by storing nic elsewhere for a few months out of the year.

So every winter I plan on taking the nic out to the garage for storage instead of in the freezer. Unless I find this is not a good strategy, of course.

It's news to me too... but apparently even e-cigarettes are forbidden. UPS: Shipping Tobacco - United States They must be "licensed and authorized to ship Tobacco Products ". I am betting most e-cig vendors are not.

That really throws a wrench into lawmakers wanting an adult signature with ID for e-cigs.
