Are you done stocking up?

@Lowjumper just posted in another thread that Heartland Vapes is running a $10 off sale on nic (and a sale on flavors too)... That means $34.99 (or less in quantity) per liter. Not sure if the 5% vapemag coupon can be stacked on that or not (plus that's a 1 time use coupon code).

I have 17.5 Liters in my stash but was thinking of picking up 2 more around May just to be extra safe, but this price is probably too good to pass up.

EDIT: That discount is applied at checkout and it is not stackable with the 5% off (If you use the 5% off code, it removes the $10 off/bottle).

If you do/will ever use 0.5ohm coils in your Subtanks...and need some for your stash, you might want to PM me. The Atom G Clapton OVC SUBXERO coils for Kanger Subtanks, that are gold plated and usually sell for $14.99-$16.99/box of 4...are available for more than 80% off that lowest price.
I have 'em sitting in a cart, still deciding ... Thanks!

Somewhere out there
I really don't believe we have 5 months left. Stores are starting to fold now. When the general vaping public really gets it through their heads this is happening the stock in existing stores is going to vanish fast. Of course congress could pass and trump could sign legislation to ban the USPS from shipping anything vape related. THAT would radically up the costs of stocking up and take some people out of the running at all.
Agreed, we are seeing things getting hard to find already. We never know really, May is looming as the final door closing.

What is disturbing is not only the fact that Heartland is discounting their nic an additional $10 off (when they are usually already the lowest price around), but they are completely sold out of their Ultra Premium nic. Maybe they are just discontinuing it, because I noticed a new nic variety there... but to have their regular nic at $34.99/Liter, that is incredible.. And why now? Why not Black Friday or Cyber Monday?

Any idea how long sale will last?
I found out about it in another thread, and no dates were given.... Also, when I just bought my 2 additional Liters, I did not see any advertising about it on their site. At first I did not think I got a discount as it showed the regular total until I clicked the option for "My Cart", then I saw the $20 off.

I agree 120%. I hope we are wrong.

I posted yesterday that I believe things are coming to an end. FT lost it's CC processor and does not appear to be getting it back. They only take Paypal and BTC now. It looks like it's only a matter of time before paypal stops "tobacco" transactions in China, like they have in the USA.China has a vape ban on sales to the USA and that is going to make the China bank system forbid "tobacco" transaction via Paypal, just like the banks did here in the USA years ago. At least for USA shipping addresses.

This kept me from sleeping well all last night because I have to buy more nic base. Was thinking I would just buy 4 liters with the "vapemag" 5% off coupon today.

But lo and behold I got up this morning I had an email from heartland vapes $10 off all liter and gallon bottle of nic base. It's like a blessing in disguise (sort of).

I still can't afford it, but I went ahead and bought 6 liters on CC anyhow. So at $32.99/liter, that came to $198 + free ship. Put on my CC and will worry about it later.

HOWEVER: You cannot use any coupons with that $10 off sale. If you try to use a coupon code, you don't get the $10 off per bottle.

In fact, it messes things up even if you cancel the coupon - the cart will show your $10 off per bottle, but at checkout it will show the coupon discount instead. The fix for this is to

  • clear your cart,
  • log out,
  • clear your cookies & cache,
  • close your browser,
  • OPTIONAL - clear your cache/files and cookies with CCleaner or similar program is if you wish - always a good idea.
  • restart your browser and start over with your order making sure to not put any coupons in your cart!
This sale is good until 12/13.

I now have 7.120 liters of nic base plus almost 2 liters of juice ready made. That should last me 10-15 years, depending on my mg and consumption levels, which I will have to start lowering, especially the mg. I would like more, but I just can't afford it.

Effectively, this ends my hoarding/stocking-up spree. If I can find employment before vapocalypse occurs, then I may buy a little more nic and maybe other hardware. But I'm in the "rust belt".

Good news is, I'm pretty good to go (I think) even if I never get the chance to buy anything else from this point to d-day.

So to answer the question in the title of this thread...

Q: Are you done stocking up?
A: YES (unless my finances change lol)

Luckily, I started hoarding hardware and accessories almost immediately when I switched to vaping, so that made the recent blow to my finances much softer than it could have been. In fact, I would never have been able to hoard at all.

I got into vape just before the banks made Paypal put the ax on vape vendors and they were scrambling to find reasonably priced merchant CC processing capability. So I saw the writing on the wall and decided to hoard immediately when that happened. Some of the stuff I hoarded then was nothing I would ever use today but I was luckily able to sell it off or give it away a few years ago. Well most of it.

Good luck to those of you who still have to hoard. I don't mean to be chicken little, but do everything you can to get your hoarding in well before May 2020. I really have a bad feeling you don't have until may 2020. My suggestion to you is, if you have very limited funds and do not want the
mafia govt to dictate what flavors you vape and tax you to death in the process, get your nic base now and worry about hardware later.

Placed my first order with Heartland Vapes. I must have ordered a more expensive nic but I still got the $10 off. With my last issue with shipping I went ahead and paid for UPS shipping.

it’s just not worth it to worry about nic.
UPS shipping is free over $50, if you got 2 liters at $34.99 each, you would get the free shipping.

Just so y'all know, UPS and fedex have a "no tobacco products" policy unless both the shipper and receiver are both licensed dealers. Just an FYI.

Don't be surprised if SHTF in some way now or down the line. If dealers are demanded by state and/or fed to give up their sales records, you will pay later iwth penalties added. I'm not posting this to stop you from buying nic, I'm just giving you a warning. Read my post a few posts up to see what happened to me before vaping. These mafia bosses we have running our fed and state govts are serious about demonizing vape and vapers so they can tax us to death....literally.

My nic from Liquid Barn is out for delivery with Fedex right now. Maybe the policies aren't consistently enforced?

I did not get that email, I even checked my spam folder. :( Maybe I unsubscribed at some point a long time ago and I just do not remember doing it...

Go into your HV account, unsubscribe then resubscribe. Happened to me in 2017 and that's what I had to do to resume getting emails/newsletters from them.

I know that they have been sued by states for delivering actual cigarettes from Indian Reservations and had to pay a fortune in what the state believed was the amount of lost tax revenue... But that probably would not be an issue with e-cigs until there is a federal tax (but some states do have taxes, not mine nor Oklahoma where heartland vapes is from thankfully).
