Lead in glass? Leaching into things? Do tell!
Old glass used to contain lead, so I hear. As did many other products.

I use canning jars with the white plastic lids.. No problemI have jars similar to that. But they are old. Worried about lead in them.
I grow my own tomatoes in the summer and puree them so I can have fresh tomato sauce almost all year round. I hate having to buy it in the store.
But's it's a good idea, though, assuming you wash those lids well, which I'm sure you do.
That's why I've been thinking about using Ball jars with plastic lids since I can get some jars for free. I just have to buy the lids. Not sure what to do about that. Not liking the thought of experimenting with my stash.
Yep I hand wash the bottles a few times, then a run through a hot dishwasher and finally soak the bottles and lids in boiling water.I have jars similar to that. But they are old. Worried about lead in them.

Overkill maybe?Yep I hand wash the bottles a few times, then a run through a hot dishwasher and finally soak the bottles and lids in boiling water.
Kinda have an itch to get a tiny little mod lately. Where and how much?

Personally I wouldn't mind a lasagne tasting vape. Not really, those lids have a soft plastic/rubberish seal on the underside. Tomato sauce/puree really stains them and sticks. Wouldn't want that to contaminate the nic.
Store bought tomatoes have got nothing on the taste of a home grown tomato. I want to grow some heirloom tomatoes next year, yumm.I have jars similar to that. But they are old. Worried about lead in them.

That's odd. I've received 5 different orders for liters of 100mg/mL nic base from them this year...and none had signature required. 3 of the orders were since September. All orders contained at least 2L and 1 contained 5L, so it doesn't appear to matter what quantity is ordered either.

Is it based on the delivery address? Is there is a law requiring that in your state?Welp, it's official. For those of you that were wondering from the last time I posted about this, Heartlandvapes requires signature upon delivery, at least for me. I was right the first time.

This is new for 2019. The last time I ordered from them was last year and signature was not required. But that was a different time in the vaposphere.

I'm sad/angry to hear that. I hope their people come out of this ok, and find work elsewhere.I walked into heartland vapes yesterday to buy nicotine.. Sadly they have started lay-offs. Vape hate is impacting them
