I want to be sure I have this straight. We have till the September deadline for purchasing mods or nic. What about the deadline for parts like wire, seals, drip tips, and such? The way I understand it those things won't be banned until the new postal regs go through.

Things like wire, wicking materials, and o-rings aren't going to be banned. They aren't vape specific.

We don't even know that. Nobody really knows what will happen in September. It's just a deadline for submitting PMTAs...

Like Linda said, items that are not unique to vaping won't be banned because they have other uses.

Mostly just some doggiestyle RTAs, some extra tanks, parts, ect

One of my orders was the SXK Doggystyle with spare parts and o-rings specifically for it. The spare insulators took a little extra time to ship out, but they ended up splitting the shipment. Everything is arriving next week, ordered somewhere around June 22.

I keep placing orders because things come up in my mind as I go. But in the end I think it was a good idea spacing out the orders a little. It seems like sometimes packages get lost or stuck. Although for me, I never order anything from Fasttech I am in any hurry to get.

I don't know, I am happy I have had good luck but I really am feeling for the people who are waiting a long time for their orders. I have a pathological obsession with checking my tracking everyday, so I probably have wasted a lot of my time watching something stuck in China. I am trying to develop the habit of forgetting about the orders entirely and being pleasantly surprised when they are in the mailbox.

BTW looks like my Brunhilde MTL RTA in black is ready to ship. The stainless steel ones are still waiting.

Crossing my fingers for everyone out there waiting forever for their orders.

Loathe as I am to order nic in the heat of summer, I went ahead and ordered another liter from Heartland. Their pickings are starting to look a little thin. Well, even if it arrives a little woofy, I'll still vape it someday. Seeing people on r e d d i t suddenly becoming aware of the PMTA just now and freaking out, wanting to know where to order nic. Sad. Might see a big shortage upcoming soon.

I just ordered about 20 bottles of flavored premium juice from cheepejuice.com, to add to my collection for myself, and to buy time. Im thingking of setting up a shipping service for New Yorkers that cant get ejuice.. Im thinking of a fair price to charge for the reshipping services..It would have to be first class priority mail according to weight and size...I will keep an eye on how the ban plays out here in NYC first. Vape on Bros and Sis! Hopefully we can get through this by helping each other. Not by price gauging like the purell and lysol during the begining of the cov outbreak.

I’ve been pretty lucky here in mass. Sure a lot of places won’t sell hardware or juice to mass residents even when the credit card has mass has place of location but I’ve found several on the west coast that are still selling and shipping to mass.

I STILL need to buy a mini freezer for my 7 liters of nic. I have no room left in my freezer. I guess I missed the July 4th holiday.

doesn’t mass have a tax free day in August at some point. Needs to be on the cheaper side because I have zero dollars coming in without a roomy. And they have to deliver because I’m not well enough to attempt to carry it down the stairs especially since I can only do one step at a time while holding onto a railing lol! My I’ve gotten old in such a short time.

so if anyone sees a mini freezer for sale please let me know. I’m in the Boston area. I was told top lids held more because of some reason lol!!

An FT order placed around 4/20, "to air transport" on 5/14, arrived today (arrival at NYC airport was on 7/10). I'm thinking the air transport must have been by balloon [emoji3]

(FT is my general go-to overseas vendor, this one order simply took humorously long getting here.)

I’m still getting FT orders of vaporesso GT coils that I order although I’ve been finding them cheaper in the states lately esp the GT2s .4 ohms (?) and the Ccells .5 ohms.

these are insurance for when my hands are too arthritic to make my own coils and wicks lol!!

Same here. My non-coiling backups are Vaporesso euc and gt ccell/ccell 2, plus a good set of fireluke mesh coils.

I'm sitting on 26 5-packs of kanger 0.5 ohm, a NIB protank 4, and another kanger tank that has only been used to test one of the coils. I've gotta get around to posting that gear on classifieds. It's all bundled together on one of my vape gear shelves.

I broke down and ordered a few batteries. So many of mine are older and given I now have mods that use the 20700s I decided a backup pair of 20700 and a backup pair of 18650s were a good plan.

Was it a need? No not right now but it seemed a prudent choice to make given the age of many of my batteries.

I bought a bunch of pre would coils from FT a while back and like them. I can still make my own but for a few cents each why bother. I believe if I was still interested in vaping but not dexterous to rebuild I could literally pay someone if necessary. I have multiples of my favorite rda. Might only have to do a rebuilding session once a year or less. Then again I was a fine scale modeler as a kid and had some years in the trades working with small parts. I don't plan on being counted out easily and I don't want to

Where are you getting the .5 Gt ccell coils? I’m thinking about asking FT for a refund on my order from May.

I'm waiting on 2 orders placed May 10th. One shipped May 11th, and the other one shipped May 21st. Both have not moved out of the country yet...still waiting at the airport.

I replied to FT on my current ticket and told them if my order doesn’t get straightened out soon then I want a refund. Their last response was over a week ago and they said they would check on it but I’ve heard nothing yet. I can understand things taking longer but why are some orders arriving to people like normal while others sit undelivered for months? I waited months for my last coil order and finally cancelled it. I think I’m done with FT. At least for a while anyway.

Between the stumbles from FT, increased shipping costs and possible exclusion of USPS shipping, deals from China are becoming far less attractive for US vapers.

I had a history of of FT free shipping orders arriving within 8-10 days. Another joyful part of the Golden Age of Vaping, disappearing.

I'm glad that most all of us who wanted to stock up were able to enjoy great deals and cheap shipping for so long since 2016. Many Chinese vendors helped me build my hoard. Starting to stock up now would definitely be more costly and stressful.

I suspect we got while the gettin' was good.
