Yes, I do often wonder how much the FDA can or will enforce. It doesn't bother me either way.

It bothers me--vaping is a great way to help people stop smoking and I'm furious that our country, our FDA and our legislators, are hell-bent on taking it away/making it prohibitively expensive/discouraging smokers from trying via their relentless attacks on vaping. I can't believe that this is happening here.

I'm fully stocked up, too, for myself and with enough to share with a few other people, too. But, I didn't spend beyond my means to get it all. Finding great deals and using coupon codes for most of it made a big difference! :)

However, I know several people who are truly having to really stretch their budget, in order to be prepared, so they can vape for the longterm. If they could spend the same amount of money over the span of the years ahead, I doubt there would need to be any "stretching". It's needing to spend quite a bit within a relatively short period of time...that's the concern for most. I'm finding deals and coupon codes for them when possible, but it's still a chunk of money they're spending.

You have been a huge help to many on the forum with your deal finding skills.

@sofarsogood I have this Dvarw and it's excellent, cheaper than the one you got and has all the extra tanks and airflow inserts included. But it's not black.

$14.95 (Free Shipping) Dvarw MTL V2 Styled RTA Rebuildable Tank Atomizer (V2, 5ml, 316 SS + PC, Silver (w/ three tanks)) at m.FastTech.com
I was looking for black and a metal tank option instead of glass or plastic plus it seems to come recommended. In the mean time I'm notified a FT order is packaged and on the way to USPS and I have a tracking number email set up. So far I'd say FT order is progressing faster than usual. I expect both FT and USPS are up tempo, trying to do better.

It looks like it may be a black version of the stainless I have, likely a great atomizer.

I am stocked up-- for me.

So, overstocked for a normal person. My LAST order arrived today from 3FVape and it was 3 more SS precios and some parts. IDK if they have a US warehouse but MAN did it come fast.

I strongly advise anyone needing anything fast from 3fVape to use DHL. It is worth it. I don't see how they did it but it was ah, less than a week I think.

A week from China is pretty impressive. Sounds like DHL was money well spent.

How long have those people been vaping? If they've just switched from smoking to vaping this year, I might have some sympathy for them, but if they've been vaping for substantially longer than that and just haven't bothered to put stuff aside for a rainy day, well then.... We all have to live with the consequences of the choices we've made.

Until last September, I was out of the loop and away from here so I hadn't heard of the upcoming regulations. I live on a fixed income so I bought as I needed. Thankfully I came here in time to stock up but it was not within my means. I had to put it on a 0 interest credit card. Be fair that info is not well known and not everyone has easy and disposable income to throw at vape gear.

I agree with you. Even if someone has a decent amount of disposable income, buying what you might need to cover you for a lifetime of vaping is not cheap. Especially if you are trying to buy it in a short amount of time.

I really only started stocking up within the last couple of months and I admit I have had some moments of "sticker shock" when thinking about how much I am spending. And I still have a ways to go.

Heartlands vape nicotine. The rest can be begged and borrowed and stole (I did not say that) along the way but the nic is the stuff that needs to be vaped. You can vape off really expensive great equipment and like, have it suck if there is no nic in there. You can vape really bad equipment unflavored and still get nic.

I am a nic junkie though.

Also, I have given away my fair share of new things to vapers on here I just don't feel particularly guilty. You will find people to help when the time is right (I genuinely believe this.)

Get one really decent RTA and one unbreakable (unless you are me) vape, and nic and you have the beginning.

They cannot POSSIBLY shut of the pipeline all at once, and I think even they know that. (The government I mean.)

Although I do have MUCH sympathy and I do help when I can.

There are some vapers who are just plain oblivious to what's going on and/or figure that somebody else will fight for them.

But there are many people on fixed incomes, people on disability, retired folks who live on their ss monthly checks. There are also people who switched to vaping only because they couldn't afford to buy cigarettes anymore. A pack of premium cigs in CA is close to 10 bucks, even more in NY.

Eric Garner died because he was allegedly selling unlicensed single cigarettes in NY. In 21st century, in one of the richest countries in the world, somebody literally died for a smoke. Drug cartels and all kinds of terrorist organizations are making a fortune smuggling cigs and selling them on the black market. And yet nobody--not the governor, mayor, legislator--stopped and said, maybe our draconian anti-smoking laws need to be revisited. NOBODY!

Also depends on your age--how can somebody (or a young couple) in their late twenties or early thirties possibly get enough stuff to last them 50-60 years? That's just absurd.

From your mouth... But what they know and what they will do are two different things. Especially in this new orwellian reality we seem to be living in:

I’ve been vaping for almost 11 years and didn’t take it seriously until this past year. Most of the stuff I had on hand was old gear that I didn’t like or use any more. Since last summer I bought 9 liters of nic, a freezer, and jumped on sales that people posted to get stuff cheap. I am fortunate enough that it really didn’t hurt financially. I would hate to start over now. I know now that I bought stuff that I really don’t want to have to use but it’s there if I need it. I did get stuff I like too. It’s kind of like saving the food you don’t like as much to eat last. I won’t go hungry.

I guess my complaining finally worked with Fasttech. I sent a message on the website last night that after waiting 11 days for a response that I was done waiting and if I didn't get an answer by Friday that I was going to file a dispute with paypal. I also posted a few times on their supplier forum. All of a sudden, someone from FT replied on the forum and just like magic, my order is in Chicago after not updating for two months. I'm still upset with them simply for not responding to help desk tickets for weeks at a time. I think I've placed my last order with them for a very long time.

Anyone spend a little bit too much beyond their means and are left wondering if the FDA is even going to enforce? It's a tricky predicament.
Seems clear that they will be enforcing. How vigorously is the question but, at least at first, i'd guess they'll feel they have to make a show of it.

I quit smoking 6-1/2 years ago and would have spent over $30,000 on cigs had I kept smoking that whole time. I am quite certain I spent nowhere near that stocking up.
:) i tell myself that every time the credit card bill comes.

Literally the only thing I'm going to need to buy in the next 8-10 years are some fresh batteries. After that, I'll need some more PG, VG, and flavorings, but I do not think those will go away; they have too many other uses.
Everyone says that -- Sure hope they're right.

And yet nobody--not the governor, mayor, legislator--stopped and said, maybe our draconian anti-smoking laws need to be revisited. NOBODY!
It's those Draconian anti-smoking laws & regs (based mostly on disinformation, btw) that make me fear the ant-vaping forces will stop at nothing.

My situation exactly. I was out of the loop for a long time because I found what worked for me and stayed with it for years. I have been scrambling to get caught up and stocked. If not for flash sales and clearances it would be impossible.
