Hmmmm. I just looked at the Vapewild site and notice they now have no nicotine, vg, pg or flavor concentrates in their DIY section.

I wonder who else is going to make a similar announcement before September 9.
Some resellers selling off inventory will make things interesting, whether in bulk or through their own clearances. Sad though - I sometimes feel like a well stocked vulture. If I was in that position would I wait until Sep 10th and see what happens? Maybe today you can still sell your stock to other dealers rather than crash land. Or maybe your lease ends next month and you don't want to renew for another year.
Im grateful if i can score 600 to 1000mls twice a month of premium. In all honesty I feel like the anti-vaping f**ks have accomplished what they started years ago... I look around when Im out and about and I see no one vaping in the streets of NY. Feels like the twilight zone, Its like im all alone vaping and all eyes are on me and the smoke signals..lolI’ve been pretty lucky here in mass. Sure a lot of places won’t sell hardware or juice to mass residents even when the credit card has mass has place of location but I’ve found several on the west coast that are still selling and shipping to mass.
Has anyone actually removed/replaced the Solo's replacement screen. If so how did you do it, what 'tool' did you use to pry it loose?
And was there enough adhesive left on the screen and mod to press it back into place and have it hold well?
One last question .. if you ordered and received replacement screens was there any adhesive on the back side of it?
Just considering replacing some buttons and don't know if I can reuse the original 'screen' or if I should order some replacement to have on hand before trying to replace the buttons.
I saw a couple YouTube of someone removing the screen from an Aegis and an Aegis Solo. They made it look relatively easy but is it really?
Looking for some real world experience not just the guys proficient on taking mods apart on Youtube.
Sounds complicated. But to me, anything that is remotely involving tools or DIY projects is complicated. What is the reasoning for the changes. Is for repair purposes or mainly cosmetic?I didn't do a solo but did two aegis minis. It's very simple. I think you can reuse the screen. I bought screens just because I didn't know. I changed skeletons, buttons, and screens in just a couple minutes.

I haven't done any repairs on Solos. The paint on the colored metal parts does wear off, the one I use the most is losing some paint now. Can't say it bothers me. Some folks replace the metal and the buttons because they want different colors, some replace them because the paint comes off. I thought about getting some replacement screens though just in case they came loose.
It's quite easy to get a fingernail under the edge of a screen so I don't think it would be hard to peel one off. I saw a review of button replacement and the guy said they can be peeled off and stuck back on. The glue would still be there. It still worries me, if a screen came loose it could kill the mod because the buttons would fall out. That's the only part I can see myself replacing. This would be a good time to stock up on screens before ordering them gets hard.

Did you just work 'it' off with your fingernail or did you use something to help pry it loose from the adhesive?
plastic spudger tool
You pay electric every three months? For those wondering
Our smart electricity metres here break down daily usage
Upgrade from 1990s 140ltr freezer to 2019 3.5 energy star 190ltr is saving us around 35 cents per day. So over $30 per bill cycle and $120 per year![]()
Interesting, here in the states we pay monthly for everything except car insurance and some pay that monthly as well.Yep. Gas is every 2nd month. Electricity every 3
I had the tools left over from replacing batteries in iphones so used this little plastic spudger tool that comes with the battery kits. If you have strong fingernails then that might work.
