Well then, would one of these sets be more suitable than another for removing the screen guard.
My wife and I have "colored" Solo's in daily use. We have black ones stored as backups. My idea was if one of the colored ones gives up the ghost. I could swaps the skeleton and buttons from it to one of the black backups.

I would think that any of those would work. The screen is just put down with adhesive. I liked the second and third ones you linked. I just wouldn't use a metal screwdriver unless you don't care about scratching the screen. Just work around the screen with whichever tool you get and pry it up a little at a time. There's a gasket under there too with the adhesive and might pull a little up with the screen but it's not a big deal. Just put it back down in the same place and it should match up.
