FWIW:
So I went back through the thread to get the drop dead dates for various carriers delivering ecigs. This is what I came up with.
- UPS - April 15, 2021
- USPS - April 26, 2021 (this is based on 120 days after Trump signed it on Dec. 27, 2020)
- Fedex - March 1, 2021
- DHL - already had ecigs listed on their prohibited list of items to ship
I just had to get this straight for myself. I have to send a Dicodes back to Germany and when they return it the last leg of the journey is USPS. If I get it mailed soon I should have it back in plenty of time before April 26th.

UPS - April 15
Most US vapers may have already heard, but yesterday Vaping360 posted that now UPS announced they will cease home delivery of vaping products on April 5th. No USPS, No Fedex, and now no UPS. That effectively ends our ability to purchase anything vape related online, and very probably the death of all online dealers in the US for consumers. I don't believe this will affect wholesale sales to B&Ms, maybe someone can chime in. But how often in the last few years has a vape shop had what you really wanted? Most of us here are fairly well stocked up, but if you want that last piece of gear, now is the time, not later. Sad times.

Not sure what DHL's stance on Hardware is? And but it wouldn't surprise if they took a more of a FDA style approach to what one Calls a "Tobacco Product".
Added by me:
Note: this is already listed in Prohibited products.
Prohibited
“Shipments containing electronic cigarettes;”
