The all the information that is asked for, photo or yourself "with" ID, last 4 of your SSN, Current Address, CC#, Phone #. All this information is ripe to be plucked and used to access/compromise everything you own/ID Theft or have access too.

Right, but aren't these things only being asked for if identity cannot be confirmed in other manners? And I have yet to see photo ID AND last 4 of SSN, from what I can see it's one or the other.

Not saying it's not a concern, just think we're being overly concerned. I'll be damned if I'm not going to get verified for My Vapor Store, My Freedom Smokes, and Heather's Heavenly Vapes. The rest I can do without.

Yep, I never use my real name online, I've been in this business too long to be so foolish to do so. Any Social Media, forums, etc. ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS use a pseudonym, I cannot stress this enough. Now this won't guarantee you're 100% safe but it makes it much, much more difficult. Think of it like this, a thief casing two neighbourhoods one has locked doors, dogs and alarms, one doesn't. Which one are they going to pick to rob?
The one with the best stuff.

It's been over a week since I've had anything delivered and I haven't even been looking at anything. It's great and weird at the same time.

I did look at FT today and saw the to be released 8/25 eleaf Aster and thought my wife would really like the form. lol. Bad Bob. Very bad Bob.

Cool, I wouldn't mind one of those either. I would use it in the living room for all the young-in's visiting to stare at...:lol:

I think it should be mandatory for all kids in public schools to learn how to use a rotary phone. It's funny how I see kids always on their smart phones playing POKEMON GO, knowledge of info tech with software and computer experience, or bright techy ones can't figure out how to make a phone call on it..

.. they act like it's some kind of Mayan puzzle box, only sheep's blood, the eye of newt, and human sacrifice grants you access. I'm not married or have kids myself, but IT IS FUNNY when I get people who don't know how to use it, give it a try. Always laughable memories right there. I think spinning numbers enhances the experience, makes it that much more fun to call. Mine actually does do that slow spinning back and rotor noise, like the old school ones, lol.

For the third time I thought I was done and then I read of concerns that the FDA would find a way to contaminate VG/PG to make it unvapable so I decided I needed more of that.

I should just accept that I will never be done.

    :mail:

UGH. I don't use PG so can't speak to that, but wouldn't making VG unvapable (unpalatable?) also make it unusable for making candies and such? I believe it would.

As for being done with stocking up- I thought I was reeeeeeally close, yet after inventorying my stash, I believe I'm about 2/3- 3/4 of the way there. At the outset, all of this shopping was as fun as it was challenging, but now, it's just dizzying and I want to get it over with.

2 more tanks (+ related components), 4 more mods (" "), a back up Coil Master, VG, a good electronic scale, and then the rest I'll just call future indulgences. "Future" as in, I hope to God I'm not still shopping for any vape related stuff until after Christmas.

I'm supposed to be getting some flavorings in the mail on Saturday so I can start DIYing that, but I also plan to buy some of the new Virgin Vapor flavors early next week, and will continue to buy more complex premixes from them for as long as they're around. I like being self sufficient, but I also like treating myself. I deserve it after all of this mind numbing, fun, but now annoying stockpiling.

Thanks (and to the rest of you who replied). I found out what the problem was. Did you know there is also a site called Hoosier Vapes...lol. I've shopped at Hoosier Ecig before but haven't been able to get signed in the last couple of weeks. Duh. I was at the wrong site the whole time.

Just another day in the life.

That Aster does look nice, especially with the replaceable battery and all the usual bells and whistles at a good price point.

Random question. Anyone ever order double flavor at twice their nic and cut it? I just tried it out and I'm 100% VG so I split one bottle and filled one of them back up with 100% VG. Silly me had just filled a tank so who knows what it tastes like.
Unfortunately this is a 1x attempt as double flavor is no longer an option.

I have been doing this for years ordering triple flavor @18mg and cutting it down to 6ml, now to 3mg turning 500ml of premade eliquid into 3000ml :)

Nah, I was thinking about the plastic ball jars, saw them at ace hardware.

I would go with glass instead of plastic. I have seen where some were recommending glass ball jars with the plastic lids but my experience with them and liquids has never been a positive one, no airtight seal and they leak.

Just yesterday I filled a cart Hoosier but emptied it again. The age verification thing did stop me this time. I don't really anticipate a problem with it going through but the thought that it might made me empty the cart.....again
    I am STILL debating those $12.95 40watt kboxes :D

IMHO skip the 40W kbox my experience was they were total junk lasting only a few months at best. I bought 4 of them during a sale $10 sale a while back for my son and his girl and all 4 had the 510 connection break lose and come out of the mod just from normal use, no drops or pocket bends. I was able to repair 3 and 2 died within the month, I told them to just toss the last one.

I didn't think a rotary would even be compatible with the current US phone system. It's not set up for "clicks" anymore. One thing I do have on my cell is an old fashioned ring tone like you used to get on those rotaries with the bell literally inside.

Since hubby likes just a hint of flavor I could turn a 30 ml bottle of the only premade I have bought in a couple of years into 300mls for him

Thank you YT. If I hadn't already decided that I would pass on the deal this would have made my mind up.

I miss Colorado. I lived in Colorado Springs for 3 years when my father was stationed there when I was young. I miss the red rocks and awesome rock formations. I went there again to visit on vacation in my mid twenties, older, I met some extremely nice, open minded, good to nature, outdoor active, hippie type people up in Boulder. Reminded me of the people down here in Austin. My kind of folk with their head bands and love for organic products and sustainability. I myself, will never wear a tie dyed headband. lol
When I was young, my family used to drive from Dallas to Boulder every summer to vacation there. If you drove from Denver to Boulder, you might recall the view when you finally come up over the rise. I remember it so well- I couldn't ever tell where the mountains ended and the clouds began. I thought it must be heaven. I went back when I was in my 30s, just for that view. While I was very disappointed to see Denver covered in an inverted bowl of smog, the view I mentioned did not disappoint. If I were to move to Colorado ever, it would be to Boulder.

You have got me wanting one of those phones now. I remember them well, and when phone numbers were given by their exhange, eg. EMerson 1234. I have always been a nostalgic person, but it seems to get worse the older I get.

I used to have a rotary style phone that had push buttons. Might be the closest thing to the real deal that would function with the current system.
