Rosesense, the "blems" being only $30 didn't require the signature. The others I bought at 6x the cost with no blemishes previous to the recent sale did come with signature status. :)
Maybe because my blem order included a special also. Never thought of that.

I didn't think a rotary would even be compatible with the current US phone system. It's not set up for "clicks" anymore. One thing I do have on my cell is an old fashioned ring tone like you used to get on those rotaries with the bell literally inside.

The one I have, which is a remodeled new one, not an antique, just a 1:1 to the older ones except; bluetooth capabilities, usb port, direct phone, back up battery, etc. It's nice, it does everything the old ones do but new and has updated tech features I like, and like I've said, it even has that slow rotor noise when spinning..

.. The way I use it, I have it bluetoothed to my cell phone but there's tons and tons of connectivity options for it. Hardlined, connect thru usb, pc connect, etc.

Right, but aren't these things only being asked for if identity cannot be confirmed in other manners? And I have yet to see photo ID AND last 4 of SSN, from what I can see it's one or the other.

Not saying it's not a concern, just think we're being overly concerned. I'll be damned if I'm not going to get verified for My Vapor Store, My Freedom Smokes, and Heather's Heavenly Vapes. The rest I can do without.

Different vendors are using different verification software. Some of them are only asking for the photo ID/pic after they can't confirm your age by other means. Makes it all confusing o_O For some of them you won't even know they are verifying your age unless there is a problem. For others you have to fill out a form with your info and get that text before you can place your order. Plus other variations of being verified besides these.

Enough of my info is already out there on the internet to be found, I don't need to add more places it could be compromised. I'm sure there's always the possibility that someday I will feel the need to order from a vendor that wanted more info then I want to give. I'll cross that bridge when I come to it ;) Right now there is no reason for me to need to do that.

Does anybody know what liquor stores online use for age verification?

When I was young, my family used to drive from Dallas to Boulder every summer to vacation there. If you drove from Denver to Boulder, you might recall the view when you finally come up over the rise. I remember it so well- I couldn't ever tell where the mountains ended and the clouds began. I thought it must be heaven. I went back when I was in my 30s, just for that view. While I was very disappointed to see Denver covered in an inverted bowl of smog, the view I mentioned did not disappoint. If I were to move to Colorado ever, it would be to Boulder.

You have got me wanting one of those phones now. I remember them well, and when phone numbers were given by their exhange, eg. EMerson 1234. I have always been a nostalgic person, but it seems to get worse the older I get.

I used to have a rotary style phone that had push buttons. Might be the closest thing to the real deal that would function with the current system.

You should totally get one. It was an impulse buy from me, ya'know, those ones where u browse online, see something like "Damn, that'd be cool to have", $59.99 + 1 week later, it's on your nightstand, next to your bed. Yeah, it was one of those.

That Aster does look nice, especially with the replaceable battery and all the usual bells and whistles at a good price point.

Whatever you do, don't go to the eleaf site and see their new bottom feeder called the Pico Squeeze. It went on pre-order @ heavensgifts before the 8th though...

Same phone, same color. Makes me feel like I'm calling the president or batman when I use it. I have it connected Bluetooth to my cell phone, but it works like normal. I'm a techy dude, I like watching Antiques Roadshow, I appreciate old Americana pop culture, hence why I own one of these relics. I'm still trying to complete my retro vintage appliance look in my home. Next is a silver bullet fridge and toaster. Trying to find as new condition remades or new remodeled retro ones. I don't know. Now that I'm getting older, I'm appreciating older things as I mature..
Oh, we have one of those but not the same color... ours is yellow....but also kept 2 of our Princess phones.....loved those lil treasures.
We kept our land line also.....just feel better having it.

Looking at google it appears there are a number of different age verification services that they use.
I've never ordered so I was wondering if any members have and if they remember if the service was like the vape shops are using now.

Interesting, I have ordered from Provape for 5 years and always had to sign for packages. with something that expensive, I figure they want to be sure it is delivered.
Seems they haven't been requiring signature for blems for a while.
Come to think of it, I dont recall signing for my Radius or P3. :?:

BTW, this is only my opinion, but as far as..

.. go, the best sunsets I've seen in my whole life have been in Baghdad/Tallil AFB, Iraq; Seoul, South Korea; Anchorage/Wasilla/Denali National Park, AK; and Colorado Springs, CO. There were some other honorable mentions but those particular places, even Iraq, had the most vivid, in your face clouds, blues, pinks, purples, deep reds. Although, the coolest natural thing I've spectated thus far has been the northern lights, Aurora Borealis, up near the north pole. To me, nature is the best piece of art. I tried to photograph some when I was up there but I didn't know you needed special filters to capture certain colors in the horizon for it.

Well I got verified through MFS with three different mismatched addresses and have shipped packages to CA and RI. Don't remember what I put in to get there to be honest, but if I had to do it again I would. If I could pick only one place to get verified that would be it, nic, devices, supplies galore, I can live off that site alone.

I'm not dropping my last 4 of social or DL to any random site but there are suppliers that I will maintain using, regardless of their security software unless one actually comes under fire for lack of security. I try to avoid risks, but I don't run from them. I feel safer putting my DL or last 4 of social into MVS/MFS/HHV than I would have putting a CC into some of the websites that have been linked in this thread.

Okay, this thread has been going for a little bit over 2 months now -

Can you now answer the initial question?

    Are you done stocking up???

Nope. Will continue to "stock up" for next 3 to 6 months. And then after that, I'll buy whatever I can get my hands on if it seems like I can obtain it through the Maginot Line.

Just got my Pearl White PV mini back today from a bit of adjustment by ProVape. It was a blem and bought for $30. Postlady brought to door for signature. When I got it and other blems, no signature required. :)
So i guess i should be expecting to sign for mine when I get it back from Provape.

I bought some wrapz for my pv, has anyone wrapped theirs up in one?
I have had wraps for two of my Vamos. Liked them, but to wrap everything in my moderate collection now would cost me about 70$. Just not worth it ATM.
