The RM2 takes the M2 x 4mm flat top screws. I picked up some extra's from fasttech. 80 cents for 10 of them.
Link?
Okay thanks for the link and you were right the other was a kit. Put that on my wish list will try for it soon. Please tell me easier to figure out than the eVic (the one before supreme or all the other newer ones) as that just defeated me. Not once have I gotten that to work to have a vape. Really worried I will not be able to figure out the new mods.
Do you have the directions for the Evic?

Wow, would you look at that...I have saved almost 16k by not smoking so all my collecting isn't bad in comparison. Not to mention healthier and better smelling.

Congrats on that Rose! I kinda' wish I knew how much I've saved.. been vaping and smoke free since Christmas Day 2012 when I got my Provari and Kangertank 2 or 1.. I forgot it's been so long.. through so much in life since then. I used to be a pack a day smoker.

Whether it's mechs or regulated, 6 or 200 watts, should you find your sweet spot, that's what you need to stock up.

Up until the FDA published the regs, someone using a ProVari 2.5 with a Protank was often told here that their setup was obsolete and inadequate. I suspect many lower wattage vapers didn't participate in ECF much as there was little interest in or discussion of their preference.

The game has changed from new shiny to survival for many here and which way you like to vape has become less important than making sure you can continue to vape in the future. The original ProVari design's proven durability, smooth power delivery and price has made it very attractive under these circumstances for many lower wattage vapers.

I feel lucky that I found my sweet spot at lower wattages a few years ago and go through about 9ml of 8mg liquid a day - with a top coil tank on a ProVari 1, 2 or 2.5. I get a full day out of one 18650 and it occasionally is used to pound a nail sticking out of my fence. It's the best tool for me.

Different strokes for different folks!

of course, everyone likes something different. as i said i am keeping the provari in my emergency survival gear collection. i also have some un-used 1860 AW batteries, the old RED ones laying around.

as we are on the topic of provari what is the best tank you can run on one. can take one of my sub ohm tanks and just use thicker wire with more wraps in order to achieve higher resistance?

Have you watched the youtube vids for the evic? several good ones if you google evic ecig. They go through the how to use in detail.

Just input the number smoked daily with the cost on one of those calculators like mine and it will tell you how much you have saved. I have saved even more since the price has increased since I bought the last pack in Dec 2009.

No I bought the head separate then the tubes etc later so all I got was a thin tiny print instructions that I just couldn't figure out. I think my major problem is the puff seconds thing where you set up how long you puff? Just never got one good puff from it ever no matter what tank I tried. Feel like it is just too complicated for me. :( Since all the newer stuff started coming out after the ego twists I got lost and each time I have tried to go out of comfort zone I have been unsuccessful. I know the eVic is supposed to be able to use it to usb on computer but didn't get a cable for it ........tried other cables and nothing showed up on my computer for it. Just been so frustrated and feel like a dummy over this new stuff. I am deaf so going into a BM store and asking for help just doesn't work for me.

About the usb, the one I charge my phone with, Samsung, also works on all my mods with a usb port. Not sure what you mean about nothing showing up on your computer when charging. Do you have a wall adapter usb charger? I don't like plugging them into my computer, I use the wall adapter. Lots of info on Joyetech site and I believe the evic is upgrade-able via their site as well.
Joyetech eVic control head - Joyetech
ETA: set puff number to 0000 which means the puff number is unlimited.

Hopefully fozzy or one of the other sub ohmers will see this and give you ideas. I can't help since I am a tootle puffer. :)

When I get a new mod, first I check the instructions. The instructions usually aren't very good. So, then I go searching online. I have so many different kinds of mods that I keep a Word document whenever I switch to one I'm not used to anymore.

But, most of the newish box mods are pretty simple. Especially if you stick to wattage. It's the older ones that I rarely use that I need the instructions for.

Most youtubes have no closed captions for the vaping stuff and I am deaf so not picking up what is needed. I did try there at one point. I will try again I guess and see if any captions are on any of them.
Nice idea but often doesn't work well for the deaf getting instructions via youtube. :(

I understand, I saw one that was helpful and I didn't have the sound on. I can't link to it here but hopefully you can find it by doing a search. I think I typed evic ecig youtube vids.

Have you tried dialing the wattage up to 5.0? The evic looks to be similar to the vamo or other vv mods so wattage is probably the only thing you have to play with.

Oh and the link for what I got is this...not sure I am allowed to post links but here goes. NicFitNation.com - Canadian supplier of e-cig kits, parts, accessories, and e-liquids - The eVic eCig I just bought the head about a year ago (was more $s then) and like I said not been able to figure it out.

Yeah I have put the wattage up to 5.0 but still not getting anything other than a tiny amount first time on trying .......if try again nothing. Let is sit and shut off and again only a tiny amount if anything. I am just hoping at this point that the next one I get will just be easier to use.

I can't tell which version you have for sure but they all work about the same so the instructions on the Joyetech site should cover everything. If that doesn't work, feel free to pm me tomorrow and I will see if I can help.

I doubt it is the evic, probably your tank/coil. Do you have any of your clearomizers you used on the twists? If so, try one of those at 3.7 volts. I said watts earlier and I meant volts, sorry.
