Are you done stocking up?

I watched half of the video. Nothing new here. He seems like some kind of marketing specialist, not a lawyer.

According to Totally Wicked, we're good to go for 2yrs. He does not address state regs for products deemed tobacco, wherein products may not be sold online, may not cross state borders, and CC do not allow payment for said goods.

I'm abt half way to stocking up and I'll finish. Within 2 to 3 months, if I need anything but flavors and batteries over the next decade, I'd be surprised.

I see everyone posting that they are stocking up, but very few are stating/informing their exact state laws.
I live in WVa, I can buy tobacco and alcohol on line as I've done it.
So....what state is everyone in and what are your particular laws?

Long-term Mod Storage

I asked ProVape how to store ProVaris for — possibly — decades, since long-term it's the electronics that have the most likely chance of going wonky.

Their advice is to put a silica-gel packet in each mod box, then store the boxes in a cool, dry place.

Some of us, though, have horridly humid summers, where even the basement gets soggy wet. So I'd add that putting each boxed mod in a baggie would be cheap extra insurance. Around here, quart-sized freezer baggies run about 18¢ each at the supermarket.

BTW, this advice would most likely apply to any other regulated mod.

I have no idea about purchasing alcohol online, but
last I knew we could purchase tobacco products online.
Just have to sign for them when they arrive.
Our state doesn't get too funny about things, and we have
the lowest cig tax in the nation anyway, which leaves
politicians drooling.
We have a law here there can be no tax increases whatsoever
without putting it on a ballot and voting on it. Every election
there is at least one initiative to raise tobacco tax, so far
they've always voted it down.
I guess that's why they don't care if we order it online, it's
always more expensive to do so.

I live in Chicago, which is in Cook County, home of the most oppressive tobacco laws on the books for taxation. I think a pack of smokes is around $13.50+.

I'm not going to wait for a law that bans nic base...and then be forced to drive to the manufacturer for it. I'll have my 2+ gallons of Nude Nicotine Armor v2 before the end of August. First gallon gets ordered in 7 to 10 days. I applied for and rcvd $1,500 in credit after my PayPal credit ($500) was found to not be applicable to most online shops.

MN laws suck, a pack of cigs here is $8 and up, so our tobacco tax is really up there. One reason I started vaping was because of that. I could also not buy cigs online can not have them shipped here, only face to face purchases. So I can hardly wait for vape to be tobacco here, Not!

Did everyone watch the video.
Was it just me or did he get a good chuckle when asked about stockpiling.

I went back and completely watched the video.

I'll be done stocking up in 2 to 3 months.

My wife is from Chicago and around the Holidays we would ask her family members what they wanted for presents. They always asked for cigarettes, I was dumbfounded at first, then they told me how much a pack of smokes were.
Needless to say, everyone was sent many cartons for Xmas ;)

I can buy a CARTON of cigs here for around $20. Non name brand, they bring
in some from Oklahoma if I remember right that were not part of the MSA.
That's why Missouri lost or turned down our portion of the MSA money this year -
they refused to raise the prices of the cheaper cigs. They don't care. I'd like
to know how many cartons of smokes make their way out of this state to sell
on the black market.
I at first lost money by vaping, though it was close. That was not why I
switched.

I think what most are wondering is how their current state laws, that vary widely state to state, might change and be adapted to include everything vape related, both eliquid and gear, once they officially are deemed a tobacco product on 8/8/16. Some states have not waited until post deeming though and have enacted laws specific to everything vape related, if they are an example of what is to come to other states it does not bode well for current and future vapers.

Pffft, 5 gallons. I took advantage of the 20% off coupon yesterday at Heartland Vapes.

They even threw in USPS First Class mail for free, too.:pervy:

hehehehehehehe, that's where I got the last 2.5 gallons from. Wish I knew about that sale when I bought the first 2.5 from Nicotine River because I could've saved $130 however, at least Nicotine River threw in 4 gallons of VG and 1 gallon of PG, so that's something.

I almost threw the 55 gallon drum in the cart, that would've been an instant divorce from my wife, LOL.

Can you imagine your local mail carrier throwing that drum in his itty bitty mail truck? It would be strapped onto the roof or something! Then he'd be one angry mail guy when he brought it to your door. Going Postal 2.0
