Argon is an overkill. Not really needed. It is good for wine bottles, especially if someone wants to prolong life of wine in a half-consumed bottles (with a lot of air). You very best bet is to order smaller bottled base, sealed with Argon, say 125ml rather than 250ml, and 250ml rather than 500ml. Once the bottle is open, oxidation goes much faster.
If you have larger bottles and have to break them down: move from freezer to refrigerator, then after a day bring them to room temp. Re-bottle in to smaller bottles, leave very little BUT NOT ZERO headroom, spray with Argon gas to expel oxygen, and reseal...placing as much as you can back in to freezer.
Kurt calculated percentage of potentially oxidized nicotine in bottles filled for storage, and it was negligible. So, argon will not make things worse, but also it will not make things much better.
And there is no need to "multistage" nicotine warming, like moving it from freezer to refrigerator to room temperature. Just remove bottle from a freezer and let it stay for several hours (depends on size of a bottle). As soon as it comes to room temperature you can open it.
Some of my nicotine (the one for longest storage) I keep in 0.5L bottles, takes much less space in a freezer. Will be rebottled when needed.
