I don't consider them out dated, they are for a segment of vaporers that don't need high watts, and temp control.We just need VV/VW, and reliable.
Correct me if I am wrong but you can still buy existing Vape gear for another 2 years. I was in a panic because it seems people here beleive that on August 8th you can no longer purchase these products. I just read the deeming rules and it states Aug. 8th is the date when PMTAs need to begin being filed but companies have 2 years to comply. Some states are starting to add big taxes,and some are banning online sales,but overall yes,August 8 of this year is not the end of the vaping world.
Taxes on tobacco products because 8-8 deems all vape gear as a tobacco product, check your state on tobacco products tax just be safe.
My state was s 25% tobacco product tax now and they are talking about raising it to 66% so I want to be done by 8-8.
