Wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't found Capella's "Chocolate Coconut Almond" flavoring. He refused to give up on that Almond Joy idea.

Well, don't tell your Dad this, but...I ordered a 4oz. bottle of TFA Chocolate Coconut Almond flavoring hoping for the same Almond Joy type results. However, I haven't arrived at the desired taste yet, after several tries at different combinations of flavorings with it, to hopefully get there. I've tried adding more TFA Coconut and/or TFA Coconut Extra with no success. Also tried adding some more TFA Chocolate and TFA Bittersweet Chocolate. Next try will be with some TFA Coconut Candy, which is sweeter than either of the others.

I will say though, the flavoring is pretty good with just a very small amount of TFA Maraschino Cherry in with it, since that Cherry is very strong.

IF I hit upon what actually tastes like an Almond Joy though...I'll be sure you're the first one I let know about it! :)

Then again...Capella's might be spot on Almond Joy.

If not, there's always Bill's Magic Vapor's recipe you could try. He uses all TFA in it:

Almond Joy (Bill says after 24 hours it's the best it'll be)

Coconut Extra 8%
Toasted Almond 6%
Sweetener 4%
Milk Chocolate 3%
English Toffee 3%

The TFA Milk Choc. has Ethyl Alcohol in it, so would be good to let it evaporate off for those 24 hours probably.

That's how I feel about my Dragon Provari, especially with a kayfun on it. I am sure that one day I will knock out a tooth with it LOL, especially with the pot holes we get around here.... and I wouldn't hesitate to use it as a weapon if the need arises.
Oh no, might dent the Dragon. Kick them where it counts first, Dragon is secondary offensive move.

I think I could drop this thing off a third story and it wouldn't dent ...might kill somebody it's so heavy .....

@Stormy1960 dropped a ProVari out of a 2nd story window onto concrete, if memory serves.
It survived the fall just fine, can't remember about the atty. :)
I think I bought my first one shortly after that.

Sounds like you have a good handle on it! When I went looking for Sophia all I could find was a site in UK and Greece that sold them, I found one on Ebay, but keep searching one may pop up :)
There is another one on ebay, but it's coming from Russia.

In another news- I said I was done giving stuff away & what do you know- I gave away my TID-mod. The guy I gave it to literally had tears coming out his eyes. He needed a new mod & due to life circumstances didn't have the money to splurge on one. He's got another friend that's sending him 500ml of juice.

    That's community!
Catching up here and read this. I just want to give you a hug, ScandaLeX! That was awesome of you.

The VCP "Big Pig", 26650 series mod with the Modfather 30mm Tank. This combo is amazing, nice smooth flavorful vape with a pair of 0.65 Ohm fused claptons.

With the pending FDA BS along with the State's, all I buy are rebuildables and Mech's.
Good lord, that's a beast! When I ultimately blow myself up with a mech, I figure I might loose a finger or tooth... you will leave a smouldering crater. :D

How's the battery life vs. a 18650 mod?

I am adding more mechs slowly and quietly these days as I forgot how much I liked them. I have a dozen Provaris, so I figure about a dozen quality mechs (mostly the better clones) should do the trick. All the standard popular 18650 stuff like Nemesis, Kings, a Stingray, Chi Yous, a Mankos, etc. No parallels and no 28650s.

You are braver than I am though. ;)

    Enjoy. That is super cool.

Well I started a list of all my "stuff" boy do I have a selection of everything LOL Hubby also said geez you need a new cabinet to store all this stuff in. I have it all out at the moment except flavors and cartos, golden age stuff, so I can add my vape mail to the plastic boxes I have labeled. I have not made the master list by number yet, still have to get things alphabetized first. This is a rather big project but glad I got as far as I did in organizing stuff. I would have never known what goes with what if I hadn't labeled every piece and part. LOL

I picked up some more plastic bins yesterday so I can reorganize all my vape stuff again later this week. Amongst what I purchased was one of those under the bed bins. I'll put smaller plastic boxes inside of it. I don't think hubby has EVER looked under any of our beds so some of my stash should be safe there ;)

I also need to label some of the parts and pieces I've added as I'll never remember what they go to in a few months or years

Last will be to do a new written inventory. Nothing fancy, just a list of all I have with quantities written in pencil so when I pull something out to use I can easily change the quantity. If I had to go all the way to the computer to do it, I know me, and it would never get done and the list would never show taking anything out of it ;) With a hard copy list I can carry the list with me to my boxes when I take something out of the stash boxes. :)

After that's all done, one most look at everything to see what I've forgotten  :)

After trying to wind my first set of coils from scratch (and failing) I realize I should have bought more pre-coiled ones. Time to place another FT order full of pre-coils. At 2 or 3 bucks per 50 for most of them I am wondering why I would ever want to wind my own........

What resistance do you build at generally, or are trying to build at?

I realize that you have lost interest, but should you ever decide to try again.....
I built my first coil (for a Kayfun) today by using this great video. There is a real feeling of independence once you do it yourself :)

I was going for 0.3 ohm dual 26g 316L SS so I could use TC. After failing I just popped in a couple pre-coiled ones and they warm up nice... then I realized this griffin 25 would gap on the istick 200 that does not gap with the griffin 22 so I just put the tank away for now. I have a lot of other tanks that hopefully won't gap on this and the rx200s to try while trying to learn to wind, or waiting for more pre-coiled wires.

Thanks, I have seen a few videos but will watch this now while I sip some 140 proof bourbon with an ice cube. I know it will just take some practice until I can get them nice and uniform and glowing properly.

I can't help you much with SS, but if you also like Kanthal, the below is a great deal IMO. A friend showed me the one he orders and I immediately ordered two. I have tons of wire, but these are so cheap and easy...

    $7.85 Kanthal A1 Pre-coiled Wire for RBA Atomizer (8 Specs) (8 Specs, 6-Pack/Spec) at m.FastTech.com

I would however feel a lot better about my stock right now if I could get the Kangetech Subohm RBA to wick properly, it's the only thing I have duplicates of and I have 4 with the two toptank kits on the way! I'll be attempting again tonight with even less cotton.
I had a couple of fails, but I also had some great results early on with the Mini. This is a good instruction for the build.

Is the Stingray any good? It is a 26650, I have never used the bigger batts. Anywho, clone for 4.99, I was tempted because of the copper color. I am a sucker for those.

re drip tips, don't forget the clearance at DFW, cheap and decent drip tips. 4.00 off your order with code getcarded and free shipping with over 30.00 order. I got a few even though I need dt like a slap in the head.
    Thank you.
DFW does also have the Smok DC Cartomizers in SS, with the flange, that their little $1.00 carto tanks take. They come in 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0ohms, and are $2.49/5 pack. They told me they had about 350+ 5packs left after I placed my order!
    Not anymore!
