We've had extremely good luck with Discover and Bank of America.
With Bank of America, you can go in and set up a one time use, disposable number. It's sometimes a pain though, if the vendor hits your account for $1 to check, then that number won't work when they go to charge the correct amount.
The only thing that got through with Discover were two $50 cash advances at a WalMart in Ga., (we live in the MidWest) and the people physically had a card with our number to swipe. Crazy. But, we weren't liable for the charges, just had to wait for new cards.
Otherwise, any card hacks have been caught when they've tried the $1 "fishing" charge, so even the CC companies (named above) haven't been out anything.
Just our experience...YMMV though.
ETA: So, my new KF5 should be here today. Really excited to try it out.

HHV has lightning fast shipping. I ordered Friday a.m., and if it weren't for the holiday, I would have had it yesterday.
