Bah. Anything under 20 ml isn't worth it. I'm waiting on the new Modfather, 40 mm (yeah, it's gonna overhang on well, everything) and hold 30 ml so you can just dump one standard retail juice bottle in and be done. They're going to call it the The Don.

When I bought this tank, I was still trying to find out what worked for me, I wanted something that had less parts, easy to fill and could remain on my mod for filling, this fit the build I was looking for.
So this is the tank I chose to stock up on! Some stocked kayfuns, I got this!! Lol It might not be for everyone and that's ok, it's perfect for me.

And honestly, those are excellent selling points.. it took me an entire day, after I took that kayfun 4 apart, to get it back together correctly the first time.. lol... so many of these can simply be ridiculous with all the many parts!

Sometimes I've gotta order just for fun. Ordering only what's on my list gets boring and kinda depressing (spending money just to get stuff to put in a box).

Me, too! I order new stuff, more old stuff, and anything that looks like it fits my vaping style. When the FDA stuff gets sorted out and the regulations go into effect I'll be able to say, "In before the lock!". Hopefully, I haven't forgot about anything.

I noticed same always one dud , and when buying 3 packs of 3 types even triton mini coils ,
I Like the ni200 red version (TC) in my Nautilus 5ml with cage on,
an bored out airholes but 1 dud or sometimes 2 in a pkt of 5 authentic isnt good

There is a few tanks now like the Morph that take a few different coil types this is better way to go for sub ohms an such allow a mix of coils

There's more than one way to assemble a Kayfun 4! Been there, done that.

(it only works one way, BTW) ;)

Once you have the 4 down pat as far as how it goes together, it is a top fill tank that's no muss no fuss, I really really like the 4 for that.

My only problem so far is I'm finding the flavor a bit muted, and I'm not so happy with that..

I'm still hoping it's user error, and keeping trying different wicking in order to get the flavor where every one who likes it says it should be..

But I'm new to building, and I'm sure there is user error involved. I absolutely love everything else about the tank (most especially when compared to the lite plus v2!) So I'm hoping to figure out how to do this correctly..

It's been a long time since I used factory coil heads. It was nice to be able to pop in a new coil in 30 seconds, but it was expensive. What made me start to vape RTAs and RDAs was the coil life, replaceable wick, and the low cost that it lent to vaping in general. I used to go through a 5 pack of coils per week. They were gunking up and losing flavor in a couple of days or less. That, and the Kanger Protank heads that popped the solder legs before they changed to a wire weld between the resistance and NR sections.
And may be the need for welded wire is why we won't be rebuilding coil heads.

I got tired of coil heads after about 6 months and then I got tired of constantly gunked up coils because of over sweetened, over flavored, over priced pre mix. My DIY uses 1% all in one flavoring with no sweetner so my coils stay quite clean, even so I rewick twice a week and rebuild twice a month for the best taste and texture. I figured out my cost of wire and cotton for a year is less than $1.50. A rebuild takes 15 minutes, rewicking is 5 minutes if I'm in a hurry. A fresh coil in an N mini delivers great flavor and texture but that's beside the point if the government makes the coils unobtainable.

All the political focus is on the "industry". Huh? There are millions of people who depend on vaping, or who could be depending on it to save money, live better, and may be live longer. That group would be us and we are being ignored. May be we're glad they are ignoring us so there's more time to stock up.

between here and there
I think the other comes with a fill plug, when I ordered mine last summer that model wasn't out yet, so I just use the grommet as a plug.
I looked at both and both have a fill plug.

:)
eta
oopps....I looked again and the one you listed does not show a fill plug. Doesn't matter, I ordered one anyway and will use your suggestion to fill the hole with a grommet.
Plus I also order this one

Cops (police officers) are generally tasked with enforcing laws, not regulations.

I'll give you an example: OSHA regulations require roofers to wear safety harnesses when they're working up on roofs. A cop drives by a house that roofers are working on without harnesses. If you ask him why he doesn't bust them, he'll tell you something to the effect of, "That's not my job!" Now if his state or municipality passed a law requiring anyone up on a roof to wear a safety harness, then his tune might change.

This is why federal regulatory agencies all have some semblance of enforcement division themselves. They may at times request assistance from regular law enforcement agencies, but as a rule, law enforcement agencies do not take it upon themselves to enforce FDA (or similar) regulations.
And here is why we despise the FDA.
ucm206333.gif

The FDA is not a public health agency. They are a law enforcement agency. They are cops. As corruptable as any other cops. All their stuff is written by lawyers, not doctors. It should be obvious by now they don't give a rat's a.. about our health and that's predictable, understandable. Their sport is doing what cops do, chasing bad guys. Usually we don't let cops make the laws, only enforce them, but we ignore that boundary with the FDA and pay a price for it. We are letting them write the laws about vaping, a harmless personal behavior, so they can have fun chasing us. This dual role isn't a temptation for corruption. It's the definition of corruption.

Lol its an april fool not even saying smok ,[emoji3] , but w clones of Sherman out now 24mm deck , I have the mod father 30mm took months to acquire the all decks parts tank size ect , especially in uk , so no point in the 40mm Voltrove Version for me being in uk , be impossible to get extra parts
Also would need to build a new mod to fit it , ,where as the Supreme plus 30mm 4 sizes rda 5/10/20 is good enough for now,
The newest version has better top cap ,has wider increase in size on top of tank width for gripping they keep slighty enlarging it since release,
new velocity deck coming soon postless deck is right way alined for wick tails.
Also new v2 Aromamizer Supreme (plus style jfc airflow) 25mm out in weeks.
Im too collecting the older tanks an such single coil types

All though the new lassimo mod looks like it will fit the newer larger tanks an dont look too bad either ?

Oh joy. Another 300W mod for the market. I do like they at least placed the 510 in a reasonable spot for a large mod. That will take a 30 mm without a problem. Probably even a 40 mm if that 510 circle isn't deep enough to prevent contact.

For stock piling you want a tank with lots of spares available, cheap functional
Ive ordered several spare parts for Taifun Oring sets , screw sets , and spare Glass tanks too , there cheap enough to buy several of GT v2, GT v3 an mins ,bought some from each manufacturer , I have done the same with my Kf V5s too anything over 2ml for me since i live in UK dont want to be refilling ever 10mins an such ,
Simple to use , easy to strip, build , and
Reliable
