That’s really all it is. I create a fair number of mine off irl dishes using the flavor profiles. It’s a lot of fun.

I was going to ask the same thing.I bought it a while back because a recipe i seen called for it,but never made that recipe,so now i'm curious what it tastes like and a good starting % on it.

Here's what Flavour Arts says: If you love sweets but like a slightly sharp note to balance the taste, Metaphor is made for you. A light and crispy cream cake with vanilla and citrus fruits ... a genie in a bottle.

I mix Flavour Art at 5% and if I want stronger just up it a bit. Some say 3% but I usually do 5.
