Thanks for the info. Yeah, I noticed KangerWholesale is out of Zenith coils. They had that good deal on them a few weeks ago, and I got 10 boxes at the time. Looks like they're getting more scarce.

By the way, I love Rocky Mountain Vapor. Great folks. Isn't the 30w istick the one that many folks felt was superior to the others? I seem to remember that from my very early days here about three and a half years ago.
I have the istick ipower 80w 3 of them going strong 2.5 years later.

Number of mods is a puzzle, I think a variety is good and definitely keep the longest lasting mods in your stash. For regulated I have many Provari's because so far they have the longest yrs use. 8 yrs for my mini. But I have several mech's too and a bunch of other regulated just for fun :) Plus the other size batt mods. I know I have a good stash but I keep shopping because this is our last chance.
I got the Cold Steels because they are 18650/20700/21700 mods but they are only single battery. The GeekVape Blade is the same but dual battery. As a heavy battery user this is a big difference for me. I use 2 dual battery mods a day and probabably 3 or more single battery mods a day. Thats a lot of charging. Seeing as they are essentially the same price it was a bad move on my part.

Just a thought, you could put a bunch of stuff in a box and ship it to yourself from Texas.
That is brilliant. How I wish I had been born with a modicum of pragmatism. But I do know when to take good advice. Thank you for the idea. :)

The reason I'm so big on 2x700 mods is I get decent run time. I run a mix of Sanyo, Samsung, and Lishen 2x700 batteries, depending on battery format supported and mech vs regulated.

For 18650 I stick with the LG HG2.

Since I run under 40w there are a lot of choices .

Yes, the higher mAh yields longer run time, as long as you are staying in the battery reasonable amp output.

In my case I run in the the under 10Amp draw zone, pay attention to those curves in Mooch's battery reviews.

If you go to MFS and use their 17% off code (17OFFALL), they come out to $6.60 per box. If you have any points there, you get $1.00 off your order, for every 25 points you use. Free S/H starts at just $35.00 order total. There are quite a few boxes in stock.

(I don't know what happened to your other quote I had in here, about RMV and the 30W iSticks, but....)

I love RMV, too. The owner is a really nic guy, IMO.

The 30W iStick has the spring loaded 510, which many people especially like about it, compared to the others. :)

Ok let me as you this when you have dual batteries at 3000 mah each is the mod then 6000 mah?
Yes, for most mods multiple batteries are run in parallel, so the mAh get added.

The trade is weight. A single 2x700 weighs a bit more than an 18650, and a 2x700 mod is generally a bit larger physically, to hold the larger battery, but a typical single battery 2x700 mod will weigh less than an equivalent dual 18650 mod.

For me, liking lanyards, I tend to stay away from dual battery mods (though a few dual 18650 mods are quite reasonable weight-wise).

The jackaroo is my one exception. I like it for its ruggedness, and the 2x700 battery support is great, but it is a heavy beastie [emoji3]

Youre not going to convert me to lanyards mainly because well nothing goes around my neck. It reminds me of hanging.

Honestly I have trouble holding on to dual battery mods when I have a bad hands day. Which is why my Aliens have barely been used. I did pick up a Pulse Dual squonk mod because the deal was great but it is way down the list of mods to use because it is HEAVY even before the batteries go in. Just easier for me to charge batteries than to keep dropping mods.
