thanks for these suggestions. Tbh I’ve ignored all talk of pods so I know nothing about them. I just didn’t think I’d need/want one. But it’s good to be prepared.
They are handy :) my fav is still the Podin but I like the minifit for how cute and tiny it is

For a toptank mini I used my freedom smokes. $20, and I used up some points which covered the tax and shipping.

I went for a batch of the 0.5 heads and a couple spare toptank glasses.

I found a geekvape Mech Pro in one of my bins. It needs one magnet on the back door panel re-glued into the frame (trivial to fix), but otherwise appears to work fine. It's a dual 18650 mech, solid, heavy (feels like you could use it as a hammer [emoji3]). I picked it up when it first came out, didn't like the weight and force to push the button. PIF to anyone who wants it.

Vapemail today was a half dozen 810/510 adapters from ft. It's always nice to have some of the little widget parts on hand [emoji3]

Well, thanks to Nola, I went to central vapors and they had top tanks cheap and 25% off.

CV sell clones and they don't always make that clear.

I got a couple of clone Toptanks once. Not from Central Vapor. I ordered Sub tank Minis and they sent me Toptanks. Took a look at one thinking I might keep it anyway, but it was a low quality clone. The screw that held the chimney on the RDA would only go in one turn, the hole wasn't deep enough.

I got a Toptank clone a couple of months ago from FT. Less than $10. I forgot about it, haven't even taken it out of the box.

I don't have a problem with clones generally. Most of my tanks are KFL clones. It's always a gamble though.

Besides the coils, I ordered a baby beast to fit the bb rbas heads I have. Kinda backwards, but at least me or someone can use them now. 25% was too good to pass on for coils. Hopefully they’ll be good clones!

Well then wish me luck with the top tanks.
If I might give a suggestion. Really check the 510 threading. I picked up a bunch of subtank mini clones a few years ago where the threading was so sharp it ruined the connector on my mod. Maybe only use them with an adapter until you are sure they are ok.

I found the boxes for two Subtank minis but no tanks inside. I dug a little deeper and found one and some aero tank minis. I’m not sure it would be a good idea to buy a bunch of coils for one old tank.

Hitt, sweetie, do you like and use the ol' Aspire BVCs? If so, they work perfectly well in the STM.

A marvellous evening. DW and I were watching Ragnarok on TV, heard some clattering, more than any normal field mouse would generate. It turns put a juvenile Grey squirrel somehow found its way into the house, the great room. After trying to trap it, the little guy got behind an old cabinet, out of reach.

DW is still hunting it (2:30). Great entertainment watching her chase it as it ran along the beams crossing the GR [emoji3]

The little squirrel will either figure out how to get back out or visit the traps I've baited with granola.

I haven’t used them in a long time but still have some left. I’ll have to try one.

I was aggravated that the dominator tank I bought didn’t come with the rba so bought another one. I’ve built the rba and put plenty of cotton in it with a 2.5mm Clapton coil. It has leaked all the liquid out both times I’ve tried. Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?

When we first bought this house, one of the basement windows was broken and while my husband was mowing, a tiny bunny jumped in. I was in the living room with my son, 5 at the time, and he said Hey there’s a rabbit!

I thought he was just goofing as little kids do. But nope, there it was in the middle of the floor staring at us.

I was 6 months pregnant, and it took me half an hour to catch the bunny. Luckily I got it before the dog did. I put it in a bucket till hubby was done with the lawn, then turned him loose.

I used rayon and thought that was the problem. I have thick juice in it 70 VG and I close air flow holes and turn it upside down when not using it. That has kept it from leaking during use, I only open the air flow a tiny bit. But I have to take tank off and store it upside down when not using. I love how it vapes tho :)

Finally another squirrel in the home story! I thought I would be alone in this forever, I had one who came in (I was in a non smoking dorm so of course I smoked in it.. No one ever bothered me, but I could be a little bit, um, unpredictable, at that point in my life.)

In any case, I kept the window open and the screen askew, so I could like blow my smoke out there. You know, considerate.

However, one fine time (coulda been happening for a while, IDK I was a sound sleeper) a squirrel came in an was eating from the open potato chip container I had on my desk. Only, THIS time, it knocked the screen shut BEHIND it.

It was emphatically not happy. Neither was I. Small space for a squirrel to be, man, honestly, when it came down to it, All I had was broom. We were doing this squirrel/person dance where I EMPHATICALLY was trying to get the screen ajar again with the end of my broom only the squirrel KNEW it was the only exit and I kept getting to close,. It skittered around. It barred its teeth at me. I bet it had rabes.

ONY my knowledge that this was MY fault and MY problem kept me from opening the door to let it out into the dorms. I mean... .It would have been AWESOME but I felt it was "my" responsibility to deal with.

I never liked squirrels much to begin with, but most empathically NOT NOW.

Rats with fluffy tails is what they are. Yep.

Does anyone here vape unflavored and use pre-built drop-in coils?

How long do your coils last?

I've used nothing but RTAs for the last 3 years. But I'll have 6 tanks that came with my recent mod kit purchases. 3 Kanger and 3 wismec. The Kanger take ssocc coils and ws03 for the Wismec. I really like this wismec cb-60 kit. So much that I ordered 2 more the day after the first one arrived. My RTA coils and rayon wicks lasted months using unflavored with or without menthol added. I'm trying to figure out how many coils I should get for these new tanks.

    YES - Unflavored 50/50 24 mg NIC with approximately 5-10 % Koolada and just a couple of drops of Menthol Crystal Liquid . . .Use - About 4 - 6ml per day . . . Coils used are Innokin Prism T18/T22 and Z Coils . . .

How long do your coils last?

Well - It depends, most of the time these coils will last anywhere from 9-12 weeks (90 Days / approximately 3 months). . .

However, a couple of times the coil lasted even longer and 1-2 failed with a week - Why I don't know, haven't been able to figure that out . . . :(

    YMMV . . . Hope this information is helpful . . . Just Sayin' . . .
